What are S-parameters?

This video was created as a student project for a lecture at Graz University of Technology. Christoph Maier explains the basics of scattering parameters. They describe the electrical behavior of components and systems and can be measured with a vector network analyzer (VNA). The second part will be released next week, where Chris will show how to model inductors after performing S-parameter measurements.
Edit: The 'c' in the formula at 01:50 refers to 66% of the speed of light.
