I hope all of you followers of the series have reads the novels as well. there is so much more in them than cannot be included for TV (for many reasons). Their relationship with each other is exquisite portrayed by Roland in great and touching depth.
I suspect that we won't see consummation of their relationship anytime soon. I'm rubbish at figuring out the solution to the crime in these novels. Usually I can start seeing things after the third or fourth read. However, the masterful job that Galbraith has done building romantic tension between the two has thoroughly sucked me in, even though I don't read romance novels. I'm compelled to keep reading (and listening to Robert Glenister's narrations on the audiobooks - a blessing for those of us with marginal eyesight).
Must admit, she did rake my breath away too. Holliday Grainger plays alongside Alicia Vikander in 'Tulip Fever'. The first camera shot of AV in that movie wearing a blue dress had the same jaw-dropping effect.
It is through this video that I discovered London Grammar. Strike and London Grammar have both brought me a great deal of pleasure in recent years. Thank you for your inspiration.

An amazingly good series with some outstanding music. The casting is spot on, and I am so impressed with Tom Burke for having his leg taken off for the part. Now that's what you call method acting! It has always seemed to me that stories with clever heroes and heroines like Corman, Robin and characters like Lee Child's Jack Reacher, must be written by equally clever authors. So I am thankful for the likes of JKR and Lee Child for the pleasure they have given me over the years.
Yes,but the worst piece of casting ever was Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher! I want to see the characters jump from the book to the screen in every way: looks,sound move, feel etc.

He said something like Reacher being an unstoppable force rather than extraordinarily big and strong. What is worse is that he has now gone 180° saying Cruise was too small to play Reacher. I'd have rather he stood by his first statement no matter how much the fanbase disagreed. It's coming off as if Lee's fickle nature regarding Reacher's is more about how much Wagner or Amazon are paying him. I am not sure that Alan Ritchson is totally right either. He looks too young. Too clean cut. I hope makeup give him a more weathered appearance. More like someone who spends hours a day in the sun doing hard work. We are are looking forward to seeing how it works out. To be fair, much as I hated Cruise playing Reacher, they did a decent job with those movies.

I was someone who dint know about Jack Reacher but after watching the movie, I began reading the books, and it wasn't that difficult accepting that the actual Reacher didn't look like Tom.

This guy is much close, but as someone else here noted, he's too clean-cut. Heck, I'm still mad they cast Nicholson as McMurphy in 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest', like 50 years ago. Nicholson is good, but he's not a 6'4" red-haired Irishman like the character.
I'm always fearful when a fan creates a video clip, especially when it is of my all time favourite series. You, however, are a genius. You have completely captured the emotion of their separate lives and their relationship. The timing of your editing is spot on and the choice of backing track is inspired. You should create all the idents for the BBC, it is your calling. Well done, keep up the good work.

I wished one of the directors of the strike series had directet Crimes of Grindelwald. They would have shown a closeup of lets say Eulalis Name in the book and propaly would have shown things more clearly..the movie was good but David yates confused people..Rowlings Script was good but it neded a diferent direvtor
