I’ve never seen or heard of this show but, I watched this whole video! It was the cutest thing ever! BUT, the whole time I was screaming how are they not together already!! Like, the moments are crazy undeniable. I binged the whole series in like 3 days, and I’m obsessed😭 I understand the slow burn but, I can’t imagine being a fan from the beginning and still waiting for like 6 years for it!! I can’t wait for the next season, thanks for giving me a new show obsession 💗💗
I think RG/JKR has her audience figured out pretty well. Reading the novels will give you an idea as to why they're not together. There is a lot of information concerning this. The audiobooks, read by Robert Glenister, are outstanding. I am obsessed with Strike and Robin's relationship. The end of book 7 (The Running Grave) knocked the wind out of me.
Thank for all the hard work you put in to this. I love crime mysteries, but we all know what we are here for really. I'm in the final third of the running grave at the moment, and I don't want it, or the series, to end.
Huge fan of the books, and while the scenes adapted here don't hold a candle to the original ones, the actors' onscreen chemistry is still so sweet! Also I'm in the middle of reading book 7, and now that Strike has lost weight I think I can finally picture him as this version.😂

I've just finished the latest book and I really love this book series. So today I started with the tv show (finally!!!) and watched the first two seasons. It's really well made, an amazing adaptation. I'm looking forward to the next seasons - and to the next book. I actually think the latest book was the best so far, and I really enjoyed all of them a lot. Amazing reads.

Matthew was not exactly a bastion of integrity but that relationship should have ended a long time ago ( leaving your partner after an SA is worse than anything bit she used him too for comfort ) and she picked Corm over him when his mother passed. And lied to him. She was not exactly a loyal partner either, she was on her way out after taking the job with the agency but was not brave enough to talk to him. Marrying him was HER mistake. And she led Cormoran on. They should have peacefully separated after the SA and he should have been a supportive friend to her.

Then I saw Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga last week and wow!!! *spoilers* . . . . . . You should see the relationship between the Praetorian Jack and Furiosa 😍 And I'm here😅
I want them to be together already sooobsss and their chemistry so amazing and natural, esp to think this series feels like a mini series, but the slow burn just intense
if you love them you gotta be patient. Robert Galbraith said that they still have a lot of growing up to do before they reach the conclusion. We have a long way to go!

@@kellyjeter7524 speaking from experience, it’s not always that easy 😅 especially when you already have close relationships with that person (be it friendship or partnership) before you both realize that you actually romantically attracted with each other. Trying to date your friend is almost like gambling. You put your previous relationship with that person on betting table. If it works, you won the best romance in your life. But if you failed you lose great person in your life and a friendship.

Why couldn't Strike just tell her he loves her? He clearly seems to. And i don't think she wouldn't be receptive to it. Why just say they're best friends?

Amputees do not always limp. They had an advisor on set to help Tom with walking, climbing stairs etc and limping is not always a feature with amputees.
I'm thinking he is below the knee amputee from one of the shots. It is easier to walk without a limp I believe. My husband is above the knee amputee and does walk with a bit of a limp.
This may indeed come to pass. However, I think that RG/JKR knows her audience. I take heart in Ryan Murphy's Matthew-esque jealousy, as well as the the epigraph she used for the last chapter (136) of The Running Grave (book #7). Waiting for The Hallmarked Man (book #8) with baited breath.

And he has got a questionable past. And again, she doesn't love him. Last time, she had doubts about her relationship and it didn't end well, did it? Do you honestly think she will make the same mistake again? After all, she made the mistake twice with Matthew. And now that Strike has let canon loose, drama shall begin. How Murphy handles it, that's something looking forward to. Cuz Robin gonna put her foot down this time.
