Koko Head is a hike you want to do only in one particular day. It’s not recommended immediately after doing other hikes. I recommend hiking Koko Head as early as possible (during sunrise) or in the late afternoon. Anytime in between, the sun is brutal. Koko Head can be physically challenging.
