Bhaiya, actually mene kaafi try Kiya but koi university professor ya scientist ka reply nhi mila, aap hi suggest kijiye Phd in microbiology ya plant pathology k liye. Ab aap se hi koi ummeid hai. There isn’t any as such best time but you can email between November and January because of several scholarship deadlines.
Cources which are taught in German...unke books bhi German language mai likhe jaate h kya and exams mai jab hum answer karenge questions ka wo bhi German mai hoga ya English mai ??
If you will choose German taught courses then obviously everything gonna be in German.

if you convert to German grade then it should be below 2.0 (but mostly 1.7)
