    Well, I think meditation and mindfullness area great tools for humans and society. Think about our wolrd and how (it is said in the video) our lifes are getting more complex because of the massive amounts of information we are getting every day. There's truly a kind of disconettion to each other on kids these days, and seems to be rising. Less people care for each other. Mental illness is on the rise. I think these tools can help us live halthier and happier lives. It's up tu us to spread its practice, specially on childs

      I'm currently reading the book Waking, Dreaming, Being by Evan Thompson. In the last chapter, he refers to the neural activity of experienced meditators. Here's the research he directly references: Judson A. Brewer et al., “Meditation Experience Is Associated with Differences in Default Mode Network Activity and Connectivity,” Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences USA 108 (2011): 20254-20259.
