I think that’s a visually glitch, I got that glitch where if I wait I can’t see ANY opponent’s fast move, I use iPhone and heard that this glitch only happens on iPhone
@@hunghoangmusicYeah, I try to be considerate to fellow trainers contending with Niantic’s not-optimal situation for GBL, but visual glitches do concern me. Especially with Talonflame leads against my Primeape, where I need every available karate chop.
I think you need to have one or two hard hitters along with Dewgong to make him useful as he can be used to both absorb charged attacks and hit decent with drill run but his icy wind opponent attack debuff is a big part of his strength to make it even easier to attack the opposing Pokemon.
My Dewgong has 1/15/15 IVs, totally caught me off guard a few seasons ago when I found that out. I generally use it with Serperior (1/15/15) and Carbink (14/15/15) Either Serperior or Carbink in the lead. Hope this helps. I’m nowhere near as good as Axn so there’s that.
@@SteveCoronado2 Interesting, I still use Carbink and Serperior is one of my favorite Pokémon and one I recently upgraded thanks to the new spawns. There's enough Talonflame out there to bust out Carbink again but he gets walled pretty easily. Corsola and Corviknight weren't out the last time I used him so I'm thinking of leading him, making one of them my ss in case I hate their lead and simply make sure Carbink doesn't end up in the back. Judging by your response and the first reply I might try Dewgong. It's not just him I struggle with but it's ice types in general.
@ I kinda like leading Dewgong because unless you run into a rock type or fighting type lead you can handle almost anything and build up some energy depending on their swap depends on what you need to do! It’s tricky against grass types because you doing and receiving super effective damage. Just be positive about him it’s not for every situation but it’s definitely a good mon to have in your lineup because of its versatility. Good luck
@@libradawg9 Dewgong for me, is my safe swap. Dewgong or Wiggly can do some considerable damage. Sometimes, i use Zygarge 50% - not effective but for fun lmao
Nah at the 2300s, I seen this exact team…..Chill Axn, I need Vet first! That trainer wasn’t as skilled as you, so I won with my regular Quag not falling for their aqua tail catch onto Dewgong. Thanks for the new idea!
@tonywalker6320 that's the main point why i switch team. I reached 1800 something then suddenly loads of double grass team emerges. Now I've dropped to 1600++. I don't know how or what team to use now.
Generally you want coverage on a lot of things. Your team has not coverage to grass and has no coverage to flyers in the back. Having a rollout user and mudslapper is good but you need something like a talonflame to pair with dunsparce and kwak which is better tha bc golurk
@@firdausahmad7413 ive reached 2850 elo using shadow jumpluff, dunsparce, annihilape. soft to a talonflame lead but i've beaten many talon leads just one shielding ape vs talon.
Can golurk wins 2 shield against shadow gator like k wag ? Because kwag can’t win against ape and now there’s ape on lead in 90% off the teams after home slice video 😂, I think it’s good idea switch 😅
The shadow gator is pretty solid against ape because of super effective Shadow Claw, so if you’re running gator, watch out for Serp leads, but shadow gator is solid overall to counter ape.
I recently built a shadow K-Wak. Between playing it and playing playing against Golurk fairly often, I feel like Mud Slap probably should get nerfed for the next season. It's kind of ridiculous.
"They have a decision to make: topleft now or topleft later"
hands down on of your best videos so far. the commentary was absolutely RUTHLESS.
2:49 just blindly trying to wait ~4 seconds with no visuals is so funny hahaha

This team looks really fun! I struggle to find good teammates for dewgong, but I will try this once I get my hands on a shadow drapion.
This is the second mud slap-dewgong-sdrapion team he’s shown, I think it’s a good team comp
im guessing everyone uses mud slap over astonish for the extra coverage?
Yeah I like it specifically to have a ghost type that destroys Drapion
@@ItsAXN ah yeah thats true, love shadow golurk for GL 💯
I don't understand Dewgong. I do nothing but struggle while everyone else swears by him.

Golurk is the coolest Pokémon
Interesting choice of words!! LoL!!
I think sable eye would resist the charge moves ;)
shadow punch is neutral
My last week team, Dunsparce, shadow K-Wak and Shadow Golurk.
You like getting ran through by Serperior don’t you 😂
