I put so much effort in relationships and business, yet always find my soul depleted in both these areas of life and don’t understand why when I try so hard to change my mindset and put so much effort in these two areas.
Could it be I’m still holding onto limiting beliefs? I thought I dissolved them through tons of shadow work.

This is the kind of content I love from you. It’s so interesting how much your work mirrors the work my father taught (observation of the self) I wonder if your teacher and my father knew of each other... Anyway, this simple and straightforward content is a really great way to quickly realign when feeling stressed/overthinking.

This video covers everything about awareness. I had an experience with watching an interesting movie lately, I cld see how my mind was raising all sorts of feelings and body movements. I literally laughed because I just realized my mind has a mind of its own. I decided to stay with the talking man in me, because he was just watching the mind watch a movie.

Whenever those negative thoughts/stimuli appear.. simply observe the thought and feel the feeling. Stay with the watching of the mind. That's all that needs to be done. No action, just deep observation.

When challenges arise we do these 2 things
1.get involved and entertain into these thoughts and feelings
    2. Or we try to escape and choose the easy way out by means of drinking, excessive eating, procrastination, p@rn, checking your phone, scrolling thru social media or anything of pleasure
Solution: deeply observe and acknowledge the feeling, thought, and urge.
    Stay as awareness
    AWARENESS -- MIND -- BODY
    Identity - beliefs - thoughts - action.

I am out of words. Ever since I've watched this video last night, it seems like I can't help staying unaware and I watch every single thought that cross my mind. It's like I just discovered a new power. I can't thank you enough for making this video. I took 7 pages of notes, and I'm going to go over them and watch this video over and over. Thank you so much Quazi. This is power.

    stop , drop and roll
Stop -acknowledge the feeling but don’t identify with the emotion
Drop- drop back into awareness of being and watch
Roll- allow the feeling to just roll until it’s done or burns out .

This is absolutely genius and right on time! This is something I was already practicing spiritually . (Staying as awareness) but just recently i started practicing this with my business and with manifesting. perfect example: today i had the impulse to talk to all the women in the coffee shop and invite them to my women empowerment workshop and fear arised.. and i simply saw it for what it was... just a thought.. and i became clear (returned as awareness) and took INSPIRED ACTION.
And all ladies were overjoyed and highly interested!!! fear doesnt exist in the awareness, only in the mind! Thank You for helping us TRUST this information more!!! More videos like this please!!

My struggle is that my emotions are sometimes so heavily charged that staying aware is quite a challenge. Awareness, I called this being in a neutral state where you are just an observer. Observing without judgment and labels. Although, it is easier said than done, like most things, staying aware needs practice and commitment.

I' thought I'd been swindled by the whole manifestation content that shows up on my feed. Primarily because they provide no explanation, just processes- affirmations, visualization and what not. Even blindly trying them out to see if it works, did not work. I need to have understanding to be able to make things work. That is when I found your channel. This has changed the way I understand I operate. To cite a simple example- this observance/ awareness thing happened this morning when I got yelled at for messing something up, instead of getting defensive or lashing out, when these thoughts came up, I asked myself why I would think that when I'm the one in the wrong. Why am I being so extreme. I couldn't explain it but it felt right. Although in all honesty, when the discussion came up again, I couldn't keep from being defensive. This video now clearly helps me understand why I seem to be operating from a state of "being asleep". I will do better. I will be better. Thank you for your guidance.

Ive realized this for myself years ago when I first got heavy into meditation practices. This chapter was relatively short lived and I sort of fell of for several years and got complacent with a life that didnt exactly manifest into something ideal.
Over the past year though, Ive been steadily growing momentum which has really popped off over the last month after finally convincing myself in the deepest way I can imagine that there is no going back. I have thought about the life I want and how Im going to get it every hour of every day to say the very least.
I believe I attracted this video now that I have been serious about upgrading my state of being to align with my goals. Now that I am determined to do what is necessary to achieve my goals but still have things like cigarettes and overeating that are no longer serving me.
1000 thank yous Quazi, the concepts shared in this video are going to work to remove the bad and open me up for a lot more good, I know it will.

This video is a summary. Being aware is the end. At this point I am able to detached myself from what my mind does. I was watching a movie and could see my mind being anxious for what was not real... I literally said to myself "look at this idiot". Because I was shivering while watching a movie.

@@maquindesign9158 Emma, Awareness would never say about itself or the 'persona' "look at this idiot" Awareness is love and light, conscious of the self.. so that would be the one that is acknowledging that you have negative reaction towards yourself about being anxious of something.. would you observe that thought and know where it came from that would be awareness.. blessings 🙏

Thank you so very much ! This video reminded me of when I was actively applying this and the empowerment and epiphanies that arise when recognizing the thoughts in the mind do not define us, and to be witness by CHOOSING to BE, WITNESS the thoughts as they pass without attaching, ALLOWING to feel unwanted feelings WITHOUT judging or defining, or dissociating, or self deprecating, or numbing with ANY action. This practice gifts empowerment and a depth of selfawareness, and Gleaning the importance of seperating mental chatter from self. BEING NOTHING IS EVERYTHING ❤ and thank you for choosing a path that aligns with the betterment of people and truly the keys to revealing the true aspects of self.
Have you ever done EMDR ? The way forward is through, the way through is consciousness, consciousness is presence, practicing presence without attachment to mind chatter is true, gentle, powerful, and the depth of being. Treating ourselves as we would a young child with gentleness and grace, allowing their process to master their new found skills with celebration and love. Witnessing the mind, allowing the chatter to flow by without attaching ourselves to it creates the opportunities to overcome all the barriers that imprison us and shadow our true essence who is waiting to be recognized ♥️

    1) accepting, where you are in life, as in "just breathe," as in yoga teaching. Acceptance
    2) being honest with yourself, in the acceptance, being more decisive, in how you envision your goals. What, and perhaps, whom, you should eliminate from your life, to work towards achieving inner peace, or goals.
    3) being aware, that simply "avoiding or trying not to focus on negativity, is simply not enough. Realization that most of the energy a person spends,or wastes, avoiding-- in fact, can take you back, to acceptance, again. Thereby, leaving you caught in an endless cycle of "catch 22." Until you, Truly, understand each of these steps,
    Ralax
Envision, Acceptance, Release (as to the Divine, what is beyond your control)
    Do
    Breathe, Realize

Thank you for posting this video. I had to watch it a number of times to wrap my arms around everything you were saying, as 'awareness and the mind' can get a bit sticky. I think what resonates most is when talking about karmas, where you say (and I'm summarizing here) but stop trying to change the now, it's already set in place, change the karma for the future. Observe your awareness so you can change the future. Essentially, keep mind and awareness separate. Well, that's my take away anyway. Thanks again.

It's exactly what is taught in Vipassana meditation, and Eckhart Tolle's the Power of Now. ⭐🧡🧡💙💙💜💜"The thought is the shape, and the feeling is the color of the shape." Basically, we need to observe our thoughts and feelings. In addition, we need to remain equanimous! In Vipassana Meditation, sensation usually arises prior feelings.

It was all clear what you said.
I indeed try to create art.
But got stuck in the process.
    The visualization part.
And then the let go part.
    Leave it to God.
    Many thanks again.
    Merry Easter❤😊

Quazy, thank you for your dedication to the process of making your videos more and more useful. I’m watching you since your channel was less than 30k. You help me a lot in my gurney, very GreatFull🙏☺️
Have one suggestion - start making time codes on you videos, it gives more structure and easier to rewatch the videos for deeper understanding👌

Honestly, you really have the best way of explaining things. I just found you from the 33rd-degree video and loved it! Yes, I agree, the whiteboard helps too!
The information you're providing is better than any other psychology video I have watched trying to figure out my head and why it got out of control. You have literally given me a far better understanding and tools to progress. Thank you

Quazi, I am going to deeply observe my thoughts rather than reacting it to it. Thank you for this wonderful information which would change me internally. I am 32 now and failed many times, but i still believe my vision is possible. My problem is my mind always talk me out of my ideas and as result I got into self sabotaging behaviours. But I have come far from where I have started.
What is most striking me for this video is the fact you specified that action is a small component rather what is happening in us is more important. I believe this because I have heard a great person saying (cant remember actually) that our thoughts are also actions. What we create through our thoughts is also our Karma.
Once again, Thank you so much for this wonderful information. God bless you.

OMG, THIS makes soooo much sense!!! Thank you so much. Love your TH-cam talks. I know you focus more on helping those involved in business but would love to see more talks like this dealing with addictions like alcohol, weight/food, procrastination and even various health issues that may have us locked in. This brings greater clarity to LOA and so much more! :) Like the white board illustrations esp since I'm a visual learner, so very helpful. Thanks.

Curious, curious. Earlier this year, I had my first *really* high dose of THC, and at one point it dissociated my mind enough that I started seeing my 'selves' in third person. First one was thinking about how it felt to think while under the influence; second one laughed at myself for thinking that thinking was anything worth thinking about; third one was thinking that thinking about thinking is exactly the point of what I'm doing this for.
To tie this into the video: My awareness was made to 'zoom out' and recognize that I could have multiple 'minds' expressing their opinions at any moment in time; just because my normal sober self is able to stitch those minds into one contiguous timeline of experience, that doesn't mean that whatever is on my mind in the moment is my truest or strongest or healthiest pattern of thought.
These are the sorts of things that I'd been reading for a long time, and is a large element of this video, but it was still meaningful to gain that experiential knowledge.
Good brain-food; thank you, Quazi ^‿^

I smoke weed at least 4-5x per day. Not because of some crazy addiction. But I like smoking weed. I don’t smoke to lower stress or to run from something. It’s the same thing as having a coffee or a glass of wine. But I have never heard of anyone smoking weed and then having a trip and seeing themselves in third person

    • @psiga

@@AveFrontlineIf you're lighting up 4 or 5 times a day, your tolerance must be extremely high by now. Mine is extremely low, I only dose up once every few months, and I usually only take 8mg of concentrated Girl Scout Cookies oil. 8mg for me is enough to make 2D videos and games feel 3D, and 20mg or higher is enough to bring on some dissociation. My seeing-self-outside-of-self trip was at about 40mg. One of my close friends, who is stoned as much as possible in all of his downtime (but is otherwise a manager at a AAA game publisher), recently took two _GRAMS_ of edible oil, and still was functional enough to play Warframe. Tolerance is relative! But yes, THC can cause dissociation in some people.
