Mahirap magkaron ng ganyan kasi may mga araw na hindi mo alam kung anong nangyare, kung ano ginawa mo sa mga araw na blanko ka, para kang nauubusan ng oras, magigising ka sa lugar na hindi mo alam kung nasan ka, hindi mo alam kung kelan lalabas yung switch or dissiociating, to make the example short. Imagine nag ddrive ka ng kotse ikaw nasa front seat and then someone to grab you and put you on back seat and then nakikita mo yung ginagawa nya or aware ka pero pag ayaw ng alter na magkaroon ka ng conciusness bblock nila vision mo or parang may wall between you and your body, ang point of view ng concious ka is para kang nanonood sa projector pero wala ka nagagawa kasi kontrolado ka ng alter.

Tsaka hanngang ilang taon nagkakaroon ng aters?
Most of the time may mga names sila, especially if well-formed na sila. May mga times na wala silang names especially if nagdedevelop pa lang sila.
walang limit regarding sa age kung kelan pedeng lumabas mga alters. depende talaga sa adjustment and stress na nararanasan ng taong may DID kung magkaka-alters pa ba siya or hindi.
