The funny thing is that Tuco almost seemed like he was just going to pay them off at first, he knew they were running a scam and it would be easier to just give them some cash instead of risking the police showing up; it wasn't until they insulted his grandmother that he decided to hurt them, he may be a horrible person but he does genuinely care about his family! Also yeah, Nacho is an awesome character! He's one of the best in the series. Fun fact, his actor played Vaas in video game Far Cry 3!

This show is such a great ride. Both new and old characters shape how the events of BB come to be. There may not be as many action filled episodes but the ones that are have equal or more intensity and the humor is sprinkled throughout all 6 seasons.
What _really_ astonished me was how amazing all the returning actors were, and then how absolutely amazing every single new actor was. The regulars, the recurring characters, the one-offs.... Every single one holds up perfectly next to Bob Odenkirk, Michael McKean, Jonathan Banks... and best I can tell, all the veterans did their best to make every other actor in their scenes shine.

Here in the Netherlands i just pay 100 something euros health insurance a month and when you go to the hospital you lay down, sleep, wake up and go to home and insurance deals with the hospital.. not once have they said i have to pay anything else... American health system (or lack there of) is insane to me
When I first heard about this show, I didn't have very high expectations. A BB prequel about the sleazy lawyer Saul Goodman? How could that possibly be any good? Well, it didn't take long to find out. And personally, I think the show stays high quality through the entire run. There are a lot of moments in this show that I am looking forward to seeing your reaction to.
Really? When they announced it I knew it would be great because Saul is a wonderful character, and the writing of Breaking Bad was so good that everyone knew BCS would deliver. It’s like if the best cook in the world cooks something new, you know it’ll satisfy no matter what it is

You know, I can't really blame Saul for what happened to them. Not the way it happened and at least not directly. This might be an unpopular opinion, but they scammed him first, so Saul never would have even gone to them had they not made the first move. And after everything was set up, they dropped him to pursue the reward entirely on their own after the hit and run. Then they reverted back to their old scam tricks again. And then they tried to blame Saul when they were about to let go completely. Not only were they the setup for everything that happened, but three different times they chose to go deeper and deeper due to their own poor judgement. Saul may have indirectly influenced what happened, but it was a small cog in a much larger machine.
I feel like I need see some star trek TNG and Voyager coming from this channel during the week like on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Then Saul and Kim on the Weekends.

Yikes, $4000 even WITH insurance? So are people expected to have that kind of money just laying around ready for unexpected expenses? I think the most I've ever had to pay, and would have to pay, is about $20 for any kind of medical procedure and about $10/day for hospital stays.

Episodes 1 and 2 were definitely what I call a grand opening to an incredible series! Introducing us some great new characters, while reuniting us with some familiar faces which intertwine with the main characters’ storylines, and re-introducing us to everyone’s favourite criminal lawyer, while simultaneously introducing us to the new character known as Jimmy McGill. What I love though is how the way they re-introduce him, even though we know him from Breaking Bad, it feels like we’re being introduced to a brand new character, and it feels like even though they’re the same person, Jimmy McGill and Saul Goodman are essentially two different kinds of characters. Have to say though, you’re a better person than I am, feeling bad for those two buttholes 😂🛹 I was honestly downright sadistic hearing them squirm whenever Tuco was reviewing…options 😈 Props to the two actors who played the boys though! Like MAD props! It goes to show how great a show is when even the most minor of characters/roles have such excellent acting! It had an excellent introduction to Nacho as well! He’s definitely a key character to the show! I’m glad you’re loving the show so far! I knew you would.
I’m sure someone has told you this before, but “Tio” means uncle in Spanish. You keep calling Hector “Tio” as if that’s his name, but it sounds odd because that is just a title lol
