Oh dear, that the reason why options on expiry behave like that. I thought that the option players must have known the closing price before the markets close. I was seeing time after time that the market settling price was some how matching the option prices even though the underlying was trading at a different price.
I m not seen whatclose you say day. Buy last 15 min sensex as you say different is 40 point but last 15 min time remaining to goings up 60 point it's goes pe to 0 😂. This time good to move easy sensex 😂
The so called "Operator" adjust all this values with a sudden big or red candle,.depends on which side to move to adjust premium. Instead of all this explanation, just look at CE & PE premium which should be equal from Spot price, otherwise will get adjusted by closing.
I had built an algorithm on this realising so much of free money that is there. Only to realize such options are always illiquid 😅
