Polaris RZR Wheels on Sportsman | How to Install Wheel Spacers

This video goes over how to get wheels from a Polaris RZR to fit on a Polaris Sportsman.
The RZR XP wheels were intended for 12mm wheel studs which are thicker then Sportsman wheels studs. In order to eliminate the slop of installing these wheels on my stock studs I used wheel spacers and replaced the studs on the spacers with 12mm wheel studs. This will also help with strength and longevity. I also used wheel spacers to help with clearance since the back spacing on the RZR wheels was different then what was originally on the Sportsman.

Do not buy the Smart Parts 1 inch wheel spacers. I went through two sets, one set came cracked from the factory the other cracked immediately upon pressing wheel studs out.
