Yes I love that you did coach. I get my news on poshmark, For like a $150. Or the outlet but I know it's not the same quality. But I really love coach bags.
It is the same quality. I always bought from Poshmark and the outlet...treated myself to a new release from the store and the quality isn't better. It actually is in terrible condition after only 16 months compared to outlet bags i bought years ago. Mercari always has brand new ones for cheap too.
@FBI Agent Frank I have a couple of thing from the regular store that I've bought on poshmark and its excellent quality. But its is a few years old. They are both Parker bags the Parker with the rainbow ombre print and a Parker top handle.... Looks like a Kelly bag. I've heard all the big companies have gone down in quality of late. I love the outlet bags you can get them for a decent price and they're so sturdy.
I have only ever shopped at the coach outlet and the bags are wayyy cheaper and I don't mind since I don't care about having the newest bag from the newest line so I buy a last seasons bag for less than half the original price
Fr! my dad travelled to the us and bought me a wallet from the factory outlet store, and he told me that the prices were a fraction of what’s sold in normal coach stores
A few of the bags at Coach Outlet come from Coach Retail, but most don’t. They are entirely separate lines. They produce some bags to be sold at outlet and some to be sold at retail stores. Outlet bags are still good, but frequently have less detail and simpler design so they can be made more affordably, and fewer pieces with smooth and glove tanned leather.
I have one outlet and one retail and the quality difference is huge. I regret buying the outlet cause that was 120 bucks that could gone towards a really nice bag
If you want the actual boutique Coach bags at discounted prices, some of the boutiques will start marking down right before the new season's stuff comes in. Coach Factory outlet is a completely separate brand really, an "F" at the beginning of the number on the creed used to denote that, not sure if that's still true. They do get high end bags from the boutiques, but it's inconsistent and they don't tend to last long. Coach is a brand that is constantly re-doing styles though, for fall and spring, so that means they move products through the boutiques fairly rapidly.
Interesting to know they aren't the same. No big deal to me as I have only ever gone to the outlet anyways and I wasn't comfortable spending more than the 120 dollars I did on the purse I got. Which actually due to overfilling my bag with super heavy items, the threads did come apart on the handle and I brought it back and was given a brand new right away for free and the new one still looks brand new after 5 years so I am pleased with it. My friend shops there often and has lots of the outlet coach bags and puts them thru hell and they have all stayed in great condition so I felt the quality seemed good so I bought my own. I still recommend it. Thank you for the information everyone 😊
Love your comment on every episodes. Would be nice if one day you can just make a bag for consumers that is in good quality as you see it and let us know how much we have to pay- then we will know that we are getting the real deal……sounds good or bad

I love vintage coach leather bags. I have some that are like forty years old, I'm not particularly gentle with them, I just clean, condition, and stuff them when I'm not using them and they look great.
I’m glad you made this video, I recently bought myself a coach duffel, a notebook cover, and some shoes. It’s nice to know that the products I pay for are, for the most part, what they claim to be
I will say, my best friend once gifted me a coach cross body (it’s my special occasion purse), and it’s been about 8 years and it still looks brand new
Probably make you even more crazy to know how many perfectly usable items I have pulled off the curb and saved from the landfill then. As a society we are INCREDIBLY wasteful of resources. At some point in the distant future they are probably going to start digging those landfills up just to harvest the resources we've buried in them over the decades...
the best gift i have ever gotten is a vintage coach ergo, i have more “expensive” bags now but not a single one compares to the ergo in terms of quality and practicality. literally my favorite bag of all time
I’ve got modern and vintage Coach and I love all of it. It’s elegant and it takes a lot of abuse for it to show any signs of wear. Best bang for your buck.
Looove my coach bag. Surprisingly wayyy better quality than my LV bags! I’ve had a coach bag for like 5 years. Still in great condition and still get complimented on it all the time. Get coach if you want something that is stylish but don’t have to baby constantly. It will last so long❤
Yes and no. There are cases where there is a definite quality advantage in a bag bought from a name brand vs something you get out of a Walmart or from someplace online like Shein or Wish. The way I always explained it when I was selling watches for a living is that quality and price are not on a linear scale. Price goes up exponentially for even a small increase in quality. For instance a $1000 watch is not necessarily twice as good as a $500 watch or ten times as good as a $100 watch. But it is better in some small subtle ways than both of it's less expensive counterparts.
It’s insane when you follow underrated quality leather makers like Filson, etc. You can get a Filson leather bag for $500-1000 and a lesser made Gucci Bag is $3,500-5,000.
And that’s why I go to outlets to pay closer to the price it’s worth😂😂. Haven’t got a coach purse though since I got one as a gift though but I only have one really nice purse in black so I want to get one in brown and make ‘em last for years
My hubby, who has been in retail most of his life, said, "Three times markup? Sounds about right." He explained about design, creation, store space footprint & storage, "location, location, location", etc.
I only shop at the Coach Outlet. Also, found a wonderful Coach bag at Goodwill Boutique in Denver, CO. It was clean, well kept, and I had a $10 off coupon on the $49.99 price. I have had the bag for over five years now and carry it often. Still in great condition.
Dave Ramsey said something like: Millenials are living in their parents basement, but have a coach bag. I mean it's just a coach bag. Most people can buy a coach bag for 100 dollars that will last years and years. It's not like they are buying Fendi, Prada, Gucci, or Louis Vutton. Meanwhile I am fine with my Reebok mini backpack for 22 dollars. I actually love that bag. It fits all of my basic needs.
Ah yes I love when people compare a single $200 splurge once or twice a year to the ongoing costs of rent/mortgage, not even getting into the fact that buying cheap stuff that wears easily (esp with shoes and clothing for example) is more expensive in the long run than buying one well-built item that lasts much longer. But sure that caricature of a millenial is fun to pick on so let's ignore all that
I have a coach bag from the 80s it is just leather and suede and the logo on the inside is not a separate piece and even though I don’t clean it, it still smells like leather.❤ I love my bag and she is very sturdy and reliable
When you buy expensive items. It is behavior modification. It is neuro change in your brain cells, craving, gratification and impulsiveness are working to satisfy your wants.
I get them because they are well made for a bag, I like Michael kors bags too I am not into brands but I keep note of who makes a good product and which ones they aren't good for and then I price compare with eBay 😂
I make my own bags (mostly crochet). Many people might think they're crap. But at least I know EXACTLY what they're made of, LoL. Unless the yarn factories/shop also lies... 🤭
The *rrcopys* bags are gorgeous in their size, weight and color. Bought pink, cream and blue. I think I might go back and order the light lilac, light blue and red. I own some high priced designer handbags, but I like these even more!
I have a leather Coach dog leash, I don't remember where it came from. I think my aunt gave it to me. I used it with my first service dog a few times a week for 5-8 hours for each outing so she could look fancy, I've had it for at least 6 years. It looks brand new, there isn't any damage or staining. I've never cleaned it or used anything on it. The is a very very small crack on the outside of the leash, the part where the leather is coated. I highly recommend their leashes! They aren't comfortable to hold for long hours though. Since my dog was a service dog and had a perfect heel, I looped her leash through the loop on my jeans.
Hi ! To be fair I have a vintage coach, tanned suede I have reconditioned it I sanded off all the finish and repolished it It’s lovely and the brass accents have all held up beautifully
I did my first leatherworking project about 8 years ago. It really opens your eyes when you start to buy the same materials that all of these designers are using.
I will always love Coach bags because of their styles and the fact that they aren’t that expensive but still a luxury brand. Many people say that Coach isn’t true luxury bla bla nonsense but for me it is indeed luxury. Not everyone is interested in owning Chanel. Considering the exorbitant price point
I almost bought a new LV handbag that was never filled. I'm so glad I saw this video and read all the comments. I'd rather buy a $100 bag with $1000 in it than any other *rrcopys* is good!
This is the first video I saw from your channel and it was enough for me to subscribe 😂. I’ve been looking at Coach and Coach Outlet bags recently since I want to buy a good quality bag at a reasonable price. Now, I’m no leathersmith, but I think the markup (even as a sale sometimes, for the majority of their items) is insane. I mean, a tiny cardholder/wallet is sometimes $30 less than a large tote. Thank you for the proof. I will look for a good sale.
The point here in not to see what's about brands bag BUT APPRECIATE the work of professionals. So when you be in need for a shoe repair think twice about buying a new pair with poor quality and insane price, or going to your local shoe repair shop😊😊😊

He did a Fossil wallet review and it passed
Dooney has some amazing bags.
@@1browngirl29 thank you,I’ll check it out.
@@Propfaqs I have three florentine satchels. People always think they are some really high end bag because of their quality
Coach is best bang for the buck. You get heritage and quality at a good price.
Moral of the story - don't be a slave to the brand. Buy wt you like
Le Borse Italiane anche senza Brand sono molto belle ❤❤❤
It doesn't matter where they are made. It depends on artisans and quality inspection. My family and I have bought 2 *rrcopys* bags in the past 3 years and I'm sure you won't be disappointed!
Bought a small coach clutch/cross body bag…it’s been 8 years of real hard duty wear and it still looks like the day I bought it. Got it on sale for $90. Best purchase ever
Get it on sale. Major department stores have coach totes on sale under $200
Yes! I bought two coach bags on sale and they are so beautiful. I know they’re not a luxury brand but I love the style of some of the bags they have.
@@Chloe11118 Coach is luxury, is just they're more affordable (like Michael Kors and Kate Spade) compared to high-end designer ones like Louis Vuitton or Chanel.
@@Chloe11118 luxury is also that it's well made, which these are
I wonder how much of the higher price is so they can more easily have sales for $200
And that having sales creates higher demand?
Regardless of how great the bag is though I think it’s a pretty crappy practice to lie about materials and I don’t understand how its legal
Love these videos man! Keep them coming.
Nice videos! Looking forward to watching your Michael Kors bag overview😊
From all the bags I've bought all these years, my favorite ones are definitely coach! I adore the leather they're using!
Ah! what I'd give for the great old days when a Coach bag was a superior product.
That's why a lot of people collect the vintage coach. Some of them from like the seventies are an immaculate condition.
These newer Coach bags are still off better quality than the more expensive luxury designer bags. Which is crazy to me
You have to pick and choose. Every year there are some better, some excellent to choose from. Big Coach fan here.
# register- replaced straps-thicker leather- made to last- have it still after over 40yrs.
Now this is what the internet was made for❤
Love your comment on every episodes. Would be nice if one day you can just make a bag for consumers that is in good quality as you see it and let us know how much we have to pay- then we will know that we are getting the real deal……sounds good or bad
I did not realize I was holding my breathe until the end….these videos make me go through a lot of emotions
At.this rate, am gonna just try rocking a nylon shopping bag. Period! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hubby clowns me so bad for this, but they are literally made to efficiently carry all your stuff. So more power to ya!
My coach bag was about 500 & I bought the leather care kit for it. I love the last one I bought. It's my favorite bag. I have about 5 coach bag & my daughter has 4 or 5 as well. We both have about 3 of their wallets too. Their wallets I feel really are the best. Even more so than the purses are!! I love crack & always will. Lovely product & worth the price.
Love DUPBAGY the way you show it! You really focus on showing off the bag. I don't think any other TH-camr can show off bags in as much detail as you.
I love vintage coach leather bags. I have some that are like forty years old, I'm not particularly gentle with them, I just clean, condition, and stuff them when I'm not using them and they look great.
Just got a Coach bag for Christmas from the Outlet store 😊
Yup.. outlets only 😊
Outlet bags are cheaply made versions of the real thing. They are even made in different factories.
Please we need more experts like yourself uncovering the lies we are fed from premium brands like coach Gucci etc etc.
I’m glad you made this video, I recently bought myself a coach duffel, a notebook cover, and some shoes. It’s nice to know that the products I pay for are, for the most part, what they claim to be
I will say, my best friend once gifted me a coach cross body (it’s my special occasion purse), and it’s been about 8 years and it still looks brand new
I have a Coach bag from 1997 and it still looks amazing. I love Coach!❤
no one cares
I don't care for non- necessities like these, but him destroying the bags always gets me. Lol
I’m glad I don’t believe in purchasing overly expensive items that are made poorly
the best gift i have ever gotten is a vintage coach ergo, i have more “expensive” bags now but not a single one compares to the ergo in terms of quality and practicality. literally my favorite bag of all time
I’ve got modern and vintage Coach and I love all of it. It’s elegant and it takes a lot of abuse for it to show any signs of wear. Best bang for your buck.
Coach is one of the good quality bags atm
new subbie! Super informative videos...pls do dooney and bourke bag next pls🙌
This!
I just found your channel and subscribe great to see your work and i'm looking forward your review upon tory burch bag
Looove my coach bag. Surprisingly wayyy better quality than my LV bags! I’ve had a coach bag for like 5 years. Still in great condition and still get complimented on it all the time. Get coach if you want something that is stylish but don’t have to baby constantly. It will last so long❤
Never stop posting these videos and breaking the stigma of “more expensive means the best quality everything!”
You’re never paying for quality when it comes to companies like Coach, Nike, GUCCI, etc. You’re paying for the logo/brand.
Which nobody should ever do while there are starving people all over! People need to get priorities straight.
@@LoriLynnL no argument there, but THAT is a problem as old as humanity.
Brand will be nothing once people now not good quality... this is big down for coach.
It’s insane when you follow underrated quality leather makers like Filson, etc. You can get a Filson leather bag for $500-1000 and a lesser made Gucci Bag is $3,500-5,000.
Just received my mirbag bag, and it’s absolutely stunning! Their channel always has the best styling tips!
Takes it back the next day, "I got home and this happened."
Sounds about right." He explained about design, creation, store space footprint & storage, "location, location, location", etc.
cicishops, your breakdown of the features is so helpful! I always feel better informed after watching.
Can you do Tiffany pretty please?😬
I grew up in the 80s so I remember real Coach bags. I'm honestly surprised people buy what they're selling now.
This is why I snap them up in bougie neighborhood Goodwill stores for $20. I can't justify spending big money on a purse.
Great video!
On another note, they are absolutely worth it when you find a bag on the cheap at Goodwill, rehab it and then make bank selling it.
I only shop at the Coach Outlet. Also, found a wonderful Coach bag at Goodwill Boutique in Denver, CO. It was clean, well kept, and I had a $10 off coupon on the $49.99 price. I have had the bag for over five years now and carry it often. Still in great condition.
I lost my soul when you tore apart that Coach bag! I'm ok now.
That bag is beautiful 😍. 450 is a good price 👌
Coach must love you for doing this video 😂
When you buy expensive items. It is behavior modification. It is neuro change in your brain cells, craving, gratification and impulsiveness are working to satisfy your wants.
Unfortunately, people don't buy Coach bags because they're so well-made. Coach bags, Fendi, Gucci... they're just social status symbols. That's it.
I get them because they are well made for a bag, I like Michael kors bags too I am not into brands but I keep note of who makes a good product and which ones they aren't good for and then I price compare with eBay 😂
This is why I don’t spend money on real designer bags.
Huh
I make my own bags (mostly crochet). Many people might think they're crap. But at least I know EXACTLY what they're made of, LoL. Unless the yarn factories/shop also lies... 🤭
What I love about the “story patch” is it includes the line _”few people may see it”_ as if everyone’s mom doesn’t own 3 of them
I too have an older Coach bag that I LOVE! It is so well made my daughter will probably find it in my closet when I pass and she will want to keep it!
You for real just destroyed it 🤯
That bag had a family and goals
It did not deserve that
Got my first Coach bags in 1987, '88 and '89....they're still beautiful 35 years later.
Thank-you for doing this! I prefer buying vintage coach bags, the ones with no lining and before they became too big.
I have a coach bag from early 2000s and it is still better quality today than most bags sold brand new. It’s 100% real thick leather.
The *rrcopys* bags are gorgeous in their size, weight and color. Bought pink, cream and blue. I think I might go back and order the light lilac, light blue and red. I own some high priced designer handbags, but I like these even more!
I have two Coach bags and love them so much, very happy with quality , inside fabric is also nice, no complaints.
Hi ! To be fair I have a vintage coach, tanned suede
I have reconditioned it I sanded off all the finish and repolished it
It’s lovely and the brass accents have all held up beautifully
I did my first leatherworking project about 8 years ago. It really opens your eyes when you start to buy the same materials that all of these designers are using.
I’m so glad that I kept all of my Coach bags from the 90’s!
My 1990’s vintage Coach feels so good after all these years. The leather is so good.
So good! Worked for coach corporate 15 yrs. The leathers were even better pre-2000s.
The point here in not to see what's about brands bag BUT APPRECIATE the work of professionals. So when you be in need for a shoe repair think twice about buying a new pair with poor quality and insane price, or going to your local shoe repair shop😊😊😊
This guy is doing a huge service by spreading awareness in the society about these brands which are selling bags as much as 10 times of what it actually costs them to make. However big companies are not going to change their business, and fake/vain and wealthy people are not going their their change their ways of splurging money on these name brands because it gives them a false sense of status in the society.
