Hey Michael, I see this almost daily. It's only clean water here after about 5 days of no rain and offshore winds. Sometimes the pollution looks like cowshed effluent, it's green, stinks like cowshit and contains fibers similar to grasses, it can cover acres and acres of sand at low tides. Has anyone bothered to test our water at the beach after heavy rainfalls? Or tested the water at the beach in general?
