Only 5ish minutes in, and I'm loving this review (I did watch all the way through). Mortellus is one of my favorite people for who they are and the world they opened my eyes to. I haven't had the opportunity to do much more than quick scan the book and mark topics I'd like dive in to later. I have recently started working with Anubis and my path is leaning toward being a death/transition doula. I'm taking the timeliness of your review as a hint to pull out the book for a more thorough read. Thank you!!!
Oh, that's so interesting! I definitely see how you could take some of this work and incorporate it into a death doula practice. I was thinking about that as I was reading it too. Happy reading! xo, Aurora
It's interesting that there's a difference between graveyard dust and dirt. I also love the music in this too! Absolutely wonderful film! So thay's where Lennan's tag Summon Me came from! Cool! ❤
It is interesting. I think the big difference is that the grave dust is a service where as the dirt tends to be a taking. I hadn't seen that tag. I must go look it up! xo, A
@@LavenderHazelwood I just looked. I GUSS THERE IS NO ACTUAL TAG, BUT Lnnan invites anyone in the videp Summon Me From The Dead. th-cam.com/video/a2t5bBNjKkM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=XlchclyxCtCMERZa
I just found you! Thank you for your great review. I have been looking at this book for a bit, and now hearing your review I will be definitely purchasing it. Thank you.
AURORA! This wasn't just an insightful book review, it was a magical experience through your use of B-roll and by sharing your personal experiences! Thank you for sharing your honest review, it was very helpful! I love how you mentioned how you want to work with the spirit of pets, that's something that I'm interested in too. Love and many blessings! 💚
Fantastic book reveiw so much interesting stuff a lot similar to practises I've been involved with over the years certain plants that grow through gravestones or the mould on very old grave sites is usable mixed with other bodily fluid we used in incense mixes and was hallucinative Great video really enjoyed ❤
great video ! I love this style. I like that you talked about the differences of dirt depending on where you collected it or from who. sounds like a great book to read ! thank you for sharing
@@LavenderHazelwood as u say I think there's a lot about Mortellus' work which won't be relevant for me, but perhaps expanding certain areas of ancestral work and connecting to land spirits. Even if not tho I still would want to read it cus I find them so fascinating and it's always amazing to learn more. Your video was so beautiful as well, as usual. I love your filming style and the very personal voice overs. 🙏

Lovely to hear your thoughts on the book. I am going to read this next up and really excited for it. 🤩 ✨
Oh yay! I'd be excited to see how you incorporate it into your practice considering the many layers you already use. xo, Aurora
