@@fernandorocha-dx1wv thankyou! It has 89k miles rn. I changed all the fluids on it and some other things. You can do a lot of maintenance yourself, its easy.
@@fortheloveofnoise You can’t get cars like that anymore. They are so simple and reliable. That’s back when Nissan wasn’t owned by Renault and made great cars! I peeked at your profile, because your name intrigued me. I am such an 80’s nerd and love Depeche Mode and bands of the like. Love some good synthesizer! I saw this..thought you may like it. @@a.person7825 Yep, I will be seeing Depeche Mode in concert this October, you may be surprised at my age though, I am 28. I am in the south so the Sentra has no rust...but its been hit in the front and rear and it has bad paint, I am going to repaint it with some Rust-Oleum tractor paint. Thinking about mixing Ford Blue with John Deere Green....or doing Kubota Orange.
@@fortheloveofnoise lol..I’m Southern too. Sounds like something I would do! I definitely live in the world of “function over form”. Enjoy the concert. God used “Never Let Me Down” by DM a few months back to shake me up a little. I was going through a rough patch and I had just had that moment of realization. I prayed out loud to Him about what was going on and as soon as I stopped speaking “Never Let Me Down” started to play. He does that all of the time to “speak” to me. Just got my 1997 sentra gxe with 61,000 miles a year ago. Truly a very nice economy car and so simple. Love it!
1.6 liter?
Yes
Had a 99 gxe with over 250000 original miles with no issues but decided to give it away
@@JDMFR3AK Very nice and great car this Nissan Sentra

Sentra coupe was renamed as the Nissan 200SX.
my mum used to have a 97, it was super fast and also looked crappy
correction: its a 97
Had the 97. From my experience, it was definitely the worst car I have ever owned.
Its like everyone had a purple colored one. 😂
I have always preferred Nissans from the years 1995-2005. Since the mid 2000s they used CVTs, on the cars at least.
Had a black one. 5 spd. It had 300,000 miles, ice cold air and got 42 mpg hwy
Just bought a 1998 with a 5 speed

@@a.person7825Great comments. Had a 91, then 96 SER. Terrific cars! The latter I donated at 286,000 miles.
Wow
I have a 1989 B12
That one might be better than the B14 that's in this review. The B13 is the best one ever, even if it's not SER. I think the base 1990 had a 1.8 DOHC.
Great car
