I'm an American, and it seems like cops in Europe and Australia take the responsibility of riding a motorcycle a lot more seriously. I mean... our DOT stickers of approval for motorcycle helmets equate to covering your eyes with your hand and going "looks good to me."

There is no point for bikers to run from cops caz if they recorded it and put it online all the cops have to do is find the video get a warrant for there address and they send them a ticket in the mail and cops can do it it's legal caz it's prof of a crime
a lot of these bikers that ride like this don't run plates on their bike. Highly unlikely they'll find the culprit, impossible for them to find enough evidence to prove they are the culprit.

@@karsonsmith4328 I got pulled over in Moses Lake, WA. Aircraft clocked me and they showed the 10 or so times I was clocked. I was able to pay on the side of the road using their machine.

It’s because the bikers don’t live in the country where they got the ticket, if you get a ticket in your own country in Europe you’ll get the fine send to your home address.

How are the cops in SA? Ofcourse went on holiday there and there were so much long open roads with barely any cars, i think we saw like 1 cop after we left Kaapstad towards Plettenberg.
@@knowledge3207 they're pretty chilled. You can sort of tell that even though they put on the badge, and protect everyone, they're still normal everyday people. They're also very understanding

fun fact, take this with a pinch of salt but in Sweden the police are not allowed to pursue a motorcycle directly, they have to call and get approval to pursue a motorcycle vehicle due to several fatal accidents after police chasing motorcycles. they can follow before they have been approved, but then it must be done with a distance and at a certain speed without stressing out the motorcyclist

As an American it's insane for me to think about how much the difference between road laws can change in Europe from country to country, and Europe is equivalently around the same size as the 48 continuous states and its a base law. The fact that the Lux police officer was like yeah i bought a bike from the Netherlands and had to change stuff is mind boggling. You go in vacation from California to Florida for Bike week and you dont have to worry about tire deprh or blinker ramge 4-6 inches some states allow integrated others dont. Sone allowane splitting most dont. Its not like your going to get hit sith a huge fine, more si a fix it tocket in that statee, if your not a resident a warning and a notice for that states LEO that you have been talked yo about it. Lux with thise silly hats, kinda like state patrol in the second video. Silly hats usually means mean cop.

@3:44 the cop tells him "you need to fix that man" referring to him not being able to hear the sirens. Ok? Take that up with DOT, because they're the ones that regulate how motorcycle helmets are requored to be made, so if we can't hear, it's not our fault.
I’m pretty sure he couldn’t hear because he was listening to headphones inside his helmet. No helmet I know of would block a nearby siren 🤷🏼♂️

Maybe the clips that make it online have you feeling that way, but in my experience cops have always been far more relaxed and kind to me when stopped in cars than they were on the times I’ve been stopped on bikes. I’ve also never had a cop follow me across an entire town in a car. It happens regularly on the bike as they hunt for an excuse to stop me.
Holy crap, there are some bad riders out there. Public roads require public speeds. Go get some track time because you will have some fun and not get a ticket or sued by the family of someone you kill while "having fun". I've ridden 30 years and never put other people in that much danger. Use your brain. Sheesh.
