Thank for the videos very helpful! Im replacing the timing chain and turbo myself at the moment and Im stuck do you have any tips for separating the exhaust manifold from the block I got everything unbolted and it seems to just be stuck to the block I tried to hit it with a 2x4 from above and below. Just to clarify its completely unbolted. (10 exhaust nuts/2 bots on the bottom bracket, cat v-band, and all the oil/coolant lines/waste gate actuator)

I hadn’t seen the oil pump drain plug the oil pan was off, I so I ended up going without it until after I put everything back together. Is the plug essential?

Hey guys! First let me say thank you for the videos :)
There are a couple of things that I can recommend to improve your channel. The number one thing is, please don't do these videos without using a torque wrench and specs as they are very easy to get. Not to mention not torquing the bolts to proper specs, make you guys look like amatures/hillbillies. Also, and as you mentoned, the timming chain bolts need to be replaced so you you shouldn’t say its up to you! How about you are required to change them as per the BWM requirement. I would like to see you work on other cars and hopfully improve the background so it looks more like a professional garage instead of a cluttered garage.
You should seek some advice from professionals that are currently on this platform and other professioanls to help you. Im saying this because you have potential to have millions of followers and maybe even make some decent money. FYI, the producton and Professionalism needs to be top shelf if you want to dominate. Remember be the best you can be at what ever you do and you will be hugely successful !! Hope this helps.
