Fantastic work, Paul! Regarding your question about our products - both Magic Bullet and Rust Assassin work great on rust.

Nice job. Can't wait until mine shows up!! Very curious as to how fast it will be compared to my 20 inch machine. I love the big rotary but some days it is punishing or I should say less forgiving as it has a huge surface area and will grab. Even going up 2 inches from a 17 is a huge amount of material.

Should I buy a larger orbital or rotary machine or get a portable HWE? I just bought a good vacuum and Oreck orbiter to start this on the side. Just want to look professional and the Oreck isn't exactly the most impressive machine lol. I'm nowhere near where you live so I wont be any competition

@@procarpetcleaning Sorry I can be a bit indecisive and maybe I could have worded my question differently.. I was hoping to get your personal opinion on the matter and maybe help others with the same question as well that don't have much experience in the carpet cleaning industry. As someone just starting out, do you think having more options (HWE + VLM via Oreck) would help with getting jobs? Or do you think getting a larger machine for VLM would be equally as beneficial for this purpose? Just hoping for YOUR personal opinion to help us decide. Thanks for all the awesome vids!

I can only tell you what I myself have decided to do. I only do Vlm now. I’ve done HWE for many years, however If I knew about Vlm in the beginning I would have chose Vlm. I think an Oreck and a medium sized 175 rotary floor machine is a great set up. We all start somewhere so if a new person could only afford the Oreck to start- it is doable. But many of my peers choose hwe or large orbital floor machines too. That’s why I say it’s up to the individual. I hope this helps. I appreciate your support and kind words.

why and when you use the extractor and when you decide to use the rotary machine? I assume the water is cold when you use the rotary?

Hey Paul.. love the videos.. I wanted to ask why you sometimes do Upholstery with the foam and mitt and other times with a polisher?

Great job Paul, Man you have got to try a hog hair pad for agitation. There's two types a Light and a Heavy and there mainly used for burnishing VCT but they work great for carpets also.
