I think I'd say the same. Grew up listening to and playing Metallica, and Josh is the guitarist and song writer I can only dream of being. Every song is absolutely fantastic.

To be honest, I think he fits in the band better than Conor - for me Conor is a bassist of Conjurer, I can't perceive him as the bassist of Sylosis. For me, he is like a session player, who just stayed for a long time. But Ben looks very natural in Sylosis!
