I can see what Sonic is frustrated about in this set. Scorpions teleport is reactable offline and you can easily beat him if you can react to it. Also I want you to look at SonicFox movement, looks like he isn't wavedashing hardly at all because of the lag eating up his cancels into normals. I also want to point out the worst the matchup is 6-4 but many pros have It as 5-5 so the argument Sindel is just a win button isn't valid and if you think it is I encourage you to take Sindel into a Major and make it out of pools PS all of Sindel's flight pressure is UpBlockable punished

What I seen was Sonics ego challenge the very fundamental game play of scorpion and he got cooked literally lol. @TaybeenTrill248 still, he's not bad. The only bad thing about his tp is his aerial tp. As someone whose labbed it and fought against it numerous times, you have to make a read to counter it. You have a split second window to react to it and if you don't counter it, it's free pressure. If he uses the EX, then it's a a free mix-up. You can do an aerial overhead, immediately just drop and grab, or just go on the offense. His entire kit is designed around punishing whiffs, so if you use the tp as an engager without a kameo, you're setting yourself up for failure.
This is not rare from Sonic. You gotta remember when Sonic once understimated an infamous 'online Liu Kang' who was beating everyone in MKX. Sonic went in, 'came out of retirement'...and got bodied. That player was NinjaKilla.

I have to work 10x harder than my opponent to win a match, and all i fight is johnny/lao, liu kang/lao, raiden/kano is 70% of the fkn player base, so i have to work like 100% harder to get a win. Scorpion is straight BUNS, and needs a massive rework or buff

plus watching the set is way different than playing it. been playing in rips arena recently which is an international tourney, 270+ ping most the times. It looks okay but once moves are inputed you feel it more than anything. So frame data just becomes next to useless

I think tournaments should have a rule that limits the acceptable amount of ping for online matches. Playing an online match with high ping reduces players' performance. Of course they can adapt to the conditions of the match, but that is not the focus of the game. Your rival should not be the internet connection but rather the one holding the second control.

I have to work 10x harder than my opponent to win a match, and all i fight is johnny/lao, liu kang/lao, raiden/kano is 70% of the fkn player base, so i have to work like 100% harder to get a win. Scorpion is straight BUNS, and needs a massive rework or buff

Been repping scorpion for the last couple months. Today all the sudden 1/3 of the matches I'm getting are against scorpions.

plus watching the set is way different than playing it. been playing in rips arena recently which is an international tourney, 270+ ping most the times. It looks okay but once moves are inputed you feel it more than anything. So frame data just becomes next to useless

I think tournaments should have a rule that limits the acceptable amount of ping for online matches.
Playing an online match with high ping reduces players' performance. Of course they can adapt to the conditions of the match, but that is not the focus of the game. Your rival should not be the internet connection but rather the one holding the second control.
