I got introduced to NF a couple of years ago. NF is everything that I like about rap. To me rap is not just about the Beats, it's not just about how good your bars are, or how hot your song is. When you can take a complex emotion or complex life situation and put it to a rhyme and tell a coherent narrative that is what makes Great Rap.

As someone who struggles with anxiety and depression, it's extremely hard to take action and to make the changes necessary to move forward. Some days you just literally cannot do anything because your brain doesn't allow it; it's wired a certain way that takes away your choice in mood or choice in your motivations. You'll feel a certain negative way for no apparent reason. It's a lot harder than just letting it go, but it doesn't mean it's impossible.
