How did you manage to save Abella? From what I know if you save Henryk in the mansion that automatically causes Abella to be moonscorched (and the same thing happens if you decide to save Abella in the buker only this time the one who is moonscorched is Henryk) The only 2 reason I think for this is that it doesn't matter if the characters are moonscorched, if you don't kill them in that way and do Logic's ending they count as alive anyway and still count or it was just a bug that made her count as if she was alive (which It is, but in its moonscorched form)
Chaugnar doesn't spawn if you go to the bottom of Tunnel 7 via the elevator. I heard some people say that even if Chaugnar does spawn, it doesn't confirm as Abella being dead if you ignore it.

If you don't encounter them since they got moonscorched till the end, the game will count that they still living as normal :)))
