yeh i agree, hes enjoying himself in there, give the lads some really good work, pushes them to let them know they are working but tailors it to each. good sparring
Good understanding between these guys. Hats off to anyone with the balls to climb between the ropes. Those that leave negative comments and have never climbed between the ropes have no idea how hard it is. I've seen many sparing sessions that are basically fights.
So awesome! Not only are these videos helping mentally with the lack of sparring at the moment but watching Nathan teach is a pleasure, and quite funny too lol
some do throw them but for some there not that easy to throw so you dont see many and two depending on your partners level it might not be a good idea to throw them.
I also stumbled upon dude who sparred with 10oz gloves. Was pretty surprised to see that, and I overheard him praising the quality of the gloves and how well they fit him and how much better they fell on his hands than some 14 or 16 oz ones, I had to chuckle to myself. :D Other than that he was a really cool dude.
Siam Boxing I see your point but he should work on his footwork and defense before jumping there, no disrespect but that’s not how I see it, this is fighting bro any damage you take will stay with you for the rest of your life.
@@Knighttus everyone has there ways, of course taking damage is no good and yes you need to work on certain aspects. But also some feel its fine to spar as thats how they learn, make mistakes and learn. Sometimes you get beat around a little but you improve its fighting you cannot be 100% safe all the time. However i do fully agree that its not good to get bashed around. You hear of most guys saying the first time they got battered in training had a humbling experience and then they worked to become great...
The best channel ever❤️🇲🇦🇲🇦
thanks very much, im glad you are liking the channel and content
agree! especially for muay thai!
@@FloJiCc thanks man
Word!
Always a pleasure to watch Nathan train. He keeps it playful but serious at the same time
yeh i agree, hes enjoying himself in there, give the lads some really good work, pushes them to let them know they are working but tailors it to each. good sparring
The second guy showed a lot of heart.
Great content as usual, thanks a lot!
he sure did mate i can see him doing really well hes got the minerals. thank you for watching

Well said, this is a good intensity enough to know they have worked but not bad enough to feel like they have been in a real fight.
The second guy took several shots and still going. Respect man
got heart, will be a force in time
Could we please have more footage of the Knowsley academy and haggerty padwork? I'm addicted
Yes i will bring more content from there at some point. its pretty far from where i live but it is always worth the visit.
There's always that one white guy with the Thai sound effects who thinks he's fighting in lumpinee stadium
:D
haha brilliant. no noise no muay thai
100, hes a top level pro fighter both in muay thai and boxing.
That’s culture immersion for you. If you’re doing Muay Thai, do it all the way and do it right.
@@AJ-bg8cc love that 👍
So awesome! Not only are these videos helping mentally with the lack of sparring at the moment but watching Nathan teach is a pleasure, and quite funny too lol
thats awesome bro im glad these help give you some motivation. thanks for watching
Standing outside Nathan's gym all you can hear is what sounds like gunshots and thai shouting, amazing place
Its music to the ears haha quality gym 👊
Keep doing what you doing there's no doubt this is the best channel, bring in as many champs as possible 🥇🥇
I appreciate that! hope the channel keeps on growing, i will keep bringing the content. thanks for watching
Quality matters.
I share your videos in my gym in France to teach the specificity of Muay or kick, how to sparr smart.
Thanks for all
Thanks for sharing!! you can learn a lot from watching others train. in France they have great Muay Thai, respect.
Love this video, that's a very healthy way to spar🙏🏾💯

Don't stop uploading these please.
i will try and keep the sparring videos coming as much as i can. thanks
lol at 8:10 when he corrects his shinpad with a slight tap with the other foot. slickest move of the entire sparring session... great!
Haha that was gangster.
Holy Shit that was perfect :D
Buen sparig, aguanta dores sobretodo el de BENDON. Saludos desde mty. Nl México

bendon is so fun to watch :D so playful this guy
yeh hes absolute quality, always playing around having fun in there, brilliant fighter
I have watch a few of the sparring videos and I haven't seen any head kicks...Are head kicks not allowed?
some do throw them but for some there not that easy to throw so you dont see many and two depending on your partners level it might not be a good idea to throw them.
Siam Boxing nothing wrong with light head kicks and shins.
@@erikasbeitnoras6068 agreed.
second sparring man has a lot of courage
he sure as, it stands for a lot and show character
항상 잘보고있습니다
감사합니다. 당신이 스파링을 좋아해서 기뻐요
amazing content thank you
Your welcome bro, hope you enjoy the other videos too.
At the gym I train at too, all the monsters end up moving to boxing after muay thai. Very interesting
Better money in most cases
Bro gave him a right nuts shot with that knee 😂😂😂
Thanks for the mad content......
no problem man, keeping the fire coming
Brilliant work
thanks for watching
Those body shots were adding up 🥵🥲 13:28
You should use the elbow protector in the sparring for us. That maybe better.
most wouldn't spar using elbows not very often maybe just mimic the movement
5:10 raise your fists I'm yelling
yes indeed
@13:26 lol funny guy....Easy to the head hard to the body...coach would say before sparring
yes thats how it should be in most cases.
Naths a beast. Them body shots ruined me 😂😂
That dudes jab cross sounds like my car when i open its locks
haha 😀👍
Was they all there from nathans gym or was it a open lesson wiv people from other gyms there
it was a closed session
Who’s the first kid? He moves really well
love to see it
thanks for watching man
Yous should show more Irish fighters if you can
That is something i would like to do hopefully make a trip out to ireland soon. Any gyms in particular or fighters?
Craig coakley
So damn good
thank you very much
Pretty hard core to spar with 10oz gloves.
most would prefer 16s

@@siegfriedo yep 16s is the go to, but some gloves even at 12s are better padded than some 16s ive seen. but the general rule of thumb is 14/16 +.
@@SiamBoxing yep, I use 14oz and they're fine. ✌
16oz for sparring.
12oz for fighting.
That's the rule.
And I'm a 135lber ...
👏 👏👏👍🥊
thank you
The guy at 3:35 shouldn’t be there he is low lvl not good to be a punching bag taking unnecessary damage.
Hes an Amateur MMA fighter if im correct. (Sometimes) you have to train with guys better than you to become better.
How's he gonna get better??..

Lol this is what “light sparring” looks like at my gym. Love this though.
Thats great 👍
4:26 damn
👍
21:02 this guy😂
hes mad haha
EEEeeeEEEEUH
ooooeeee
OOOOoeeeeeey
the sound of muay thai
Bendon is way too arrogant
Натан технично рубится. Не кошмарит соперника если видит, что он слабее.
да, он великий боец, он знает, как подтолкнуть каждого к его способностям, и дает им хорошую работу. спасибо за просмотр видео
This one was hard to watch. They are not at the same level and the most experience one is applying too much force...
First guy his a real nice style but needs to work on his power, he hits like a wet noodle, bulk him up.
Like a wet noodle hahaha
