Thank you for this wonderful video and sharing these techniques. I was on the fence about the Peacock Blue color, but wow! I'm adding this color to my list. Beautiful card! I'm from Pennsylvania, and we have days that look like this in winter!
Linda, this is an absolutely stunning set...!! Just got my stamp set and was looking for ideas... I SO want to recreate one like yours! Thanks so much for sharing ...
Just found your channel ... Thank you for all the pointers lovely tag and card.. I had looked at this set and decided it wasn't for me but after this tutorial, I'm thinking of getting it now 👍
A beautiful card and tag. Thank you for all the hints all thru the video. For example, I had no idea that to darken SU inks after stamping them, you could just add a very fine amount of water. Who knew? Because you are a demonstrator, I am curious as to your opinion on something. It seems that SU has been teasing their customers for months as to the contents of the new 2019 Holiday Catalog. Yet, we are not allowed to place an order for anything in the catalog until 9.4.19. I think this kind of merchandising will result in a system "crash" of their site when the day finally arrives. Your thoughts?
Hello Linda! Im not exactly sure where you are.... I am in Australia. Certainly we've never had a "crash" experience on the first day of a new catalogue here.... actually that would be a really great problem to have! I often find that new catalogue sales start off slow and take a while to build up. Im hoping thats not the case this time, and that people will jump in and order quickly. I was on the Greek Isles Incentive trip and we were lucky enough to have the Holiday catalogue released to us there.... and receive a lot of product as gifts from SU too. But now most demonstrators will probably have pre-ordered their products (pre order for Demonstrators is always the month before catalogue release). I think it helps customers see what it possible with the new stuff and be ready with a list when the catalogue does go live. Good luck with your Holiday catalogue shopping!
Hi Linda, i'm so pleased you came on my you tube homescreen this is what I have been wanting to do but didn't know where to start. I have been sitting on my hands till tomorrow waiting to order the scene building stamps in our new catalogue. Hugs xxx P.S, Did you say you used Momento black ink? I thought that is what we used to stamp images and colour because it doesn't react to water? xx
Love your work. Can you tell me what makes the Snow Front set a two-step set? Usually that means stamping one over the other but not finding trees that do that. What am I missing? Also, are you on FaceBook?
I agree with your definition. But this set is more of a "scene building" set... not a two-step in the traditional sense. However the images do all work together to create beautiful scenes (as you can see!) and I guess that is what they are getting at. And yes, I am on Facebook.... the link is in the description under the video. :) Maybe I'll see you there!
Hi Linda, just realised what I said on my last post about Memento. I had got confused about it, its the one we use because you can use alcohol pens. Sorry xx

The "extra water" one looks like a stream with snow on it.
I love this....but totally off topic, do you have a bird, or am I losing my mind?!
S Reynolds haha.... yes I do have a bird. He’s very cute and his name is Cookie
Beautiful, what a shame that most people will take off the tag and throw it in the bin
i try to only give my handmade cards to people that I know will appreciate them!
