I agree about this. Game version of Wesker can beat the movie Pennywise. Movie Pennywise needs to instill fear in his victims and we can see he was defeated by a bunch of kids so pretty much Wesker takes a win here. However he cannot beat Novel Pennywise. Novel Pennywise doesn't really require the fear factor. He's just too powerful to be beaten this easily. (This is just my opinion. Not trying to start a war here)
Ok well now let's look at this lore wise okay. We see that Wesker easily defeated 2 specially trained military operatives with minimal effort. Not only that it is also stated that Wesker has the potential to defeat 5 Nemesis's (now whether that is true or not is debatable, but the creators have stated this so you believe what you want). Now we take into consideration how Pennywise and Pyramid Head work lore wise. Pennywise feeds on fear and only has his powers from fear, and we see countless times Wesker is not afraid of pretty much anything therefore his fight against Pennywise would be easy as Pennywise would not be able to obtain his excessive amount of power cause Wesker doesn't fear anything. Now looking at Pyramid Head, he only appears with guilt and Wesker never feels guilt therefore this fight would not ever even happen. But lets say it did, his power would be weakened again (similar to Pennywise) because Wesker does not feel guilt weaking his power against Wesker. Which would more likely give Wesker an opportunity to overcome and defeat (not kill) Pyramid Head. Though I would say this fight between Pyramid Head and Wesker would be more of Wesker wins High - Extreme Diff, but I have no doubt due to these reasons Wesker would win both of these fights.
