I saw Tom at Ottawa BluesFest 2009 last week, and became an immediate fan. Checking out all the other stuff now...Rodeo Kings and JunkHouse. Now, for all you other fans...if you like him, you might wanna check out "JJ Cale". You know...Eric Clapton's favourite artist, who composed such gems as "Cocaine", "After Midnight", etc... Hope I taught you something new, and you enjoy "JJ Cale" as much as Tom Wilson. ;-P
Love this tune and the fact he uses his hometown. Just like the guy below says "genius" See him daily at the cafe but respect his privacy. Good stuff Tom. Glad your are a part of the hammer!
Excellant...as always...truly an amazing songwriter and entertainer...he's got a show oct 28th 2011 at downtown kathy browns above the honest lawyer with harlan pepper...in london on..gotta see this one
Been a long time since I saw this video, but just finished Tom's book Beautiful Scars and thought a trip down a Tom Wilson rabbit hole was warranted. This video just warms my heart!
Absolutely an amazing video! I love (love!!) the Gretsch Guitar too... This has made my day! Stillness vs the inner dancing guy... What great juxtaposition...
Hey Tom! Sweet, sweet, soundzz! Just a thrall! Nice dancin' Mike, you Dipset! It's wierd but this video makes me remember Edmonton, when I was a kid. The streets look so familiar!!!!!!!!the head coach of the "Edmonton Eskimoes" lived across the road. This video has the same colour palette as "Pleasantville". And that greeeen suit sets it all off! D.J.
Still, try and beat this. I'd love to see Tom actually perform his top hits to the T. Just like the radio. On the Radio. Hire a big band, set the sound right and take us through these beautiful gentile meandors. Many many good songs, heard a lot of talking at Communitea in Canmore. Please lEE, stick this stuff for us.
Clever video ...great song!!
Possibly the greatest video I've seen on TH-cam
Saw Tom at a house concert a couple nights ago. He rocked the kitchen.
LOL that guy sure has excellent joints to groove in the ways he does!
Yes, truly one of the best Video's ever.

The water scene at the beginning looks like Port Glasgow - wonder where it really was
