That's a quite good performance. But I would recommend to heavily train, how to orbit your enemies. Draw the Hurricane out of the HH range and just orbit it, so you can extend the damagewindows and it will be much more easy to hit. If you always pass like the AI does and turn so late the relative speed is higher, because both of you are going forward. If you just stick like glue and move by upwards/side (always use two thrustergroups, else you'll be slowed down too much) the kill time gets a lot shorter. You already did this okayish with the HH. Try to adept it for smaller ships, too. You're already a decent pilot, so I think you can manage it.
