Yeah. Its their first dance lessom during trainees. Every JYP trainees had to do this in for months until they mastered it. Usually they will divided into groups and if one member didnt memorize it, they had to it all over again.

Lol Mako reminds me of my very enthusiastic classmate who always does things full of energy & effort. Just look at her smiling brightly and dancing diligently even if this isn't a rated performance. She's so refreshing to watch.
This is the song that Momo and chaeyoung and the members said in Vlive this is the basic easiest dance but to pass it is so hard for the JYP trainees too...
I've done this for straight one week and I must say that this is effective if you want to master basic dance moves. And it also helps me with my breathing since this is not too hard to do. I tried more and more sets everyday, but for the first day I only did 2-3 sets of this. And then it became 4-5 sets a day. tip: try wearing gym clothes/ tank top/ anything that's above your waist then face the mirror when you're doing the dance. I find it more effective when you dance facing a mirror and it had improve my basic body rolls. (idk if this is the reason why my waist got smaller but besides doing this, I also dance for 20 mins. each day.) Do not push yourself too hard! This dance is a great workout to do this quarantine. Always take a day off your whole week of dancing! 🌼🧚🏻♂️💌
