Hi, thanks for all the helpful videos! I have a question, I have my oven set to 245 for 100 seconds and sometimes it burns some parts of the prints specially on dark ink. should I lower the temp or time? Please advise. TIA!!!
Hey there, that's a good question. To be honest we have not tested any third party ink in the F2100 as this would void the warranty and create potential issues we may not be able to resolve. Best practice would be to always use the recommended ink for that particular printer, this has been what works best for us!
Have they sorted out anyway to do this with Mac's yet? I know the software tricks only worked on the PC the last time I checked. Is there other software that works for Macs that can do it?
Hey there! We are told this is in process at the moment. Just installed the current version of GC to a mac this morning and the option is not there YET. Will update on this channel once this is available for our Mac users!

If there is something hardware related or an issue OUR tech department cannot resolve for your over the phone, Epson will have a technician at your location within 2 business days. Hello, in our experience we have seen improved results with lowering the temperature and increasing the time
