I love a one pot/pan meal. That pastalaya looks delicious. You can't go wrong with chicken, sausage and bell peppers. The pasta just makes it a little more hearty and filling. Well done.

Thanks Ralph. I like these smaller sized recipes for us noobs. I see a lot of Cajun cooks making recipes for like 15 people and that's great, but not everyone has a $500 cooking pot and burner setup.

I've gotta ask what is the reason anyone could dislike these videos?? The king cake has always been a fav of mine. His looks amazing!
Trust me, when you're watching a cooking video and the guy says "y'all" at least 10 times you know the recipe is gonna be damn good!!! I made the pastalaya last night and it is so delicious. Never forget the Tony chacheries, I keep a huge supply of it in my kitchen. I gotta laugh about it, I've lived in n.o. all my life and I STILL can't spell chacheries or tchopitoulas for that matter.
