👍👍 Nice job Corey ! Invested in a steamer. Rates at around 350 degrees & 120 psi. Knowing it can clean most anything pretty quickly was the reason for purchase but have hopes it will perform well on tile & grout

@@carey4863 Nice! Just got mine in a couple days ago, I have my first job with it tomorrow. I have been using the dupray neat for the last year, looking forward to seeing the difference tomorrow. Have you used yours yet? If so, does it live up to expectations?

I know you dont measure your chemicals but just for a reference, would 1 part peroxide, 1 part grease lightning and 1 part water be in the right ball park or am I way off?

That sounds about right. Definitely go strong so you don’t miss. The pad seems to agitate better than the brush. It has to become saturated to agitate best
