Peggy Cummins (December 18, 1925 - December 29, 2017) was a Welsh-born Irish actress, best remembered for her work in the classic American film noir, "Gun Crazy" (1949). While under contract to 20th Century Fox, she also appeared in the gothic film noir, "Moss Rose (1947). She never became a big star, but had a steady enough career, making her last film in 1961 and occasionally appearing on television throughout the rest of the decade. The music is the theme from "Gun Crazy", originally composed by Victor Young.
Wow! I’m so glad I found your channel. Gloria Grahame, Hazel Brooks(wish she’d made more films), and now the ferocious Peggy Cummins. Dare I dream that when I scroll through your page I might find Marie Windsor? Or Audrey Totter? No worries if not, as you have put in tremendous work already. Thank you.
