I wonder why in an average hot weather country such as Pakistan , designers come up with European designs which are absolutely inefficient for our climate .
Otherwise the house is my type of mind I really like it.After few days when I come back from dubai I contact u.One question the main door is seems that not proper fited I notice holes all around it not packed that's why u use other door dear.
It would be in your name sir , in Bahria there are 3 categories of extra land Category A , one can construct on edtra land paid in category A Category B , You can not construct on this type of land but this can be included in your boundary wall as a lawn garden etc. Category C , You can't construct or include this in your boundary but this will remain part of your house and you can put a fence or grill to cover this type of extra land. I hope this would help.

Dear can we increase the height of boundary walls and make boundary walls of bricks around back side lawn.
AoA , You can't make brick wall around this garden /lawn as this is category C extra land , you can use fence to make boundry around lawn area.
