Sanitary and tile quality is not very impressive, but both are very basic. I hardly believe they would have used a quality and standard construction material.
Nice home, but 2 design errors 1. Toilette door in the lounge & dining area uncomfortable with & without visitors, also, smells. 2. The fridge you need in the kitchen for practicality & not in the hallway.
