I have an animation every time plug in my charger and when I unplug it, so Siri will give me a voice notification.
You can make an animation for the majority of them. I liked the last one a lot though.

You go in to shortcuts. Create new animation. Then scroll down till you find charger and select. Select is connected choose next. Then add action and search for speak text and then write what you want Siri to say when you is connected (mine says charging). Then go next and disable ask before running and press done. Now you just do the same but with what you want Siri to say when you is disconnected (mine says charged). If you want her to say the same thing when you is connected and is disconnected you just check them both when you select them after charger. It sounds complicated but it’s actually very easy and simple. There’s just an annoying thing and that is that you’ll get a shortcut notification that says that this automation is running when you’ve turned off your phone or rebooted it. There’s a way around that but It’s just more easy to show you via a screen recording 😕🤷🏽‍♀️
