You made it so easy. I never learned chemistry in Highschool. All the kids failed my teachers class but the teacher was forced to pass us because he’d get fired otherwise. He was very quick and mean to those of us who didn’t already understand. Now I’m in college and I literally cry about it because I don’t get it!

Excellent video, very helpful, thank you!
I wanted to add a little thought. According to my college chemistry textbook (Kotz and Treichel) blood, for example, is a heterogenous mixture because if you look at it in microscope you can see different types of cells and other components. It also gives milk as an example of a heterogeneous mixture, saying "Milk appears smooth in texture to the unaided eye, but magnification would reveal fat and protein globules within the liquid." So according to Kotz and Treichel, what the substance "looks like" includes considering optical magnification, and to be truly homogenous you have to consider down to the particular level. So, what do y'all think, should substances like blood and milk be considered heterogeneous, as my college textbook says, because you can see different components through a microscope? Who agrees or disagrees? Homogenous and heterogenous mixtures have always bothered me because in my mind there is a degree of arbitrariness.
