An Omega Speedmaster Professional of some sort. You need a chrono to go with your dive watch, and the Speedy's the most iconic and important, even more so than the Rolex Cosmograph Daytona.
I own three Seamasters (Aqua Terra 41mm with horizontal white teak dial, Planet Ocean Pro 600m Titanium, and 43mm 300M with wave dial). Fits well in my Omega collection. I also own a Rolex Sub (circa 1997) and DateJust 9th roulette date wheel). I think the new 300M compliments my dressier Aqua Terra best
The best footage of this watch that I’ve seen! This is my favorite Omega, followed by the new Speedmaster Pro Sapphire Sandwich. The design, color choices and light weight build really make it perfect to me. I do wish it were smaller and cheaper though.
Was too excited about this that I forgot to mention the movement Caliber 8806, self-winding in-house developed and produced movement, Power Reserve: 55 hours, Master Chronometer certified, Co-Axial escapement, anti-magnetic up to 15,000 gauss, guaranteed accuracy of 0 - 5 seconds per day on average
Nailed it with the macro shots bro. Not a fan of this fake vintage Lume from Omega, This one with regular one it would have been gorgeous. Don’t mind the aluminium bezel so that the watch can age really. Thanks for bringing this one up I have details, keep up the
You nailed it again AB. When I look at this piece I do not see faux patina. I think Omega really nailed it and most certainly did their homework on this one.
I would have liked to hear about the strap due to the many different configurations you can get this watch in it would have been nice to have the input
Just picked up this watch, love how different it is from the other SMP 300's, although I love many of those also. One word of warning, if you have a 7 inch or smaller wrist, get the short bracelet!! The regular bracelet really creates a very thick overlapping area at the clasp and behind the clasp. The short strap makes 100% difference in how it wears. I had it ordered from the AD and it cost no extra money.
Hey dude. Awesome video. As much as I agree with you about this being the best looking Seamaster, here in Australia, I could buy a white dial Seamaster Pro AND a Speedmaster Pro Sapphire Sandwich, pay full retail at the AD and still have change for a nice steak dinner and sexy hooker. There’s no justification for this price point in my opinion. Just saying...
Not just Ben Clymer. RJ Broer from Fratello Watches and Wei Koh from Rake and Revolution were also on set of No Time to Die and announced the Omega Seamaster 007.
AB, if you have to compare it with glasshutte SeaQ Panoramic Date, which one would you pick? Since i love both of them.. plz give me you comments since you have tried those two timepieces.. Can't wait to see the dressy Glasshutte !!
Roby Gandawijaya for my pint of view (owing the Glashütte SeaQ Panorama Datum and tried the Omega Sea Master ... I think there is a huge difference in quality, design and of course horology - Glashütte SeaQ Panorama Datum is just in another level
Hey Roby, two very different watches in my opinion. The Seamaster feels more tooly & robust while the Glashutte feels slightly dressier but exceptionally finished. My vote would be the SeaQ, the movement, the finishing, the construction is simply outstanding!!!!
Great watch and nice video! Like you macro shots! Never liked the SM until I saw this one! Happy that Omega avoided any weird and obvious 007 designs😊. The watch wears so comfortably and loving the mesh band! Even though it is extremely light it, there is an element of quality that you can only appreciate when you hold it. By the way what strap have you put on it for the video?
Couldn’t agree with you more regarding the Lume. I own a Pelli LHD and the softer color of the cream lume is just fantastic, once the lockdown is over maybe have to have a look! Nice video.
I agree it’s probably the best seamaster 300. With those design changes and colour set it apart from the whole omega range when you’re scrolling down the page. It’s a future collectors watch in my opinion and a value keeping watch.
This is a special edition watch, not limited edition like the Spectre Seamaster was. That means Omega are probably going to keep producing it until the next James Bond film comes out. Everything I've read about this watch doesn't suggest it will be a limited production, so there should be enough around to satisfy demand.I really like this particular version and I think matching the faux patina to the bezel certainly helps it blend in. However I agree with other comments in that it is too expensive compared to the regular Seamaster. It needs to be more reasonably priced if Omega really wants to see good sales of this model.
Thank you for a great video on this Seamaster, it is my most favourite Omega followed by the Titanium Aqua Terra which is more like a white whale for me. I also absolutely agree with calling the lume as cream lume instead of a faux patina lume. Omega is really killing the game with the Bond watch, Titanium cal.8928Ti Aqua Terra, and the re-introduction of cal.321.
It's a good looking watch that is functional and practical. It's very tough looking. I like the black strap you paired it with. Price is an issue though. I am considering it. How does the titanium go with scratching?
It's a good Seamaster(probably a close second to the full ceramic version). But when you compare it to the PanoMaticLunar(or any quality dress watch), no doubt my vote still goes to the PML 😁
Great video! I really want this watch but I have 6.75 inch wrists and I worry about the size. I think the mesh strap will help but can ibask if you think this is doable for my wrist size? Thank you
For the price and Omega not using a ceramic bezel/dial on this model does not make sense (we all know we all hate scratches , and the "stories"(scratches) of a watch is just an excuse to make us feel good :) It personally looks good (especially the bracelet (titanium)) ......... but it is physically inferior to the regular release , it being more expensive is a big NO
Surprise surprise, Mr Ben Clymer voteing the Seamaster the best model yet, nothing to do with their colabaration with Omega. (I know) why don't someone make Ben the next Bond then we could have Ben's face on the dial, how cool would that be, then make it a limited edition for 15k.
Well done video 👍 I picked mine up yesterday - NATO strap. Not a fan of the mesh bracelet, seems to me like putting lipstick on the pig - detracts from the rugged and vintage beauty of the watch.
You got it bro! About to release a new one in the morning 👍 Feel free to join or watch group on Slack! A lot of great collectors there to keep you company
You'd have to pair it with a Speedmaster Professional, if it's only a two-watch collection. You need at least one chronograph, and the Speedy's the most iconic chrono of all time...AND it's affordable and available at retail, unlike a Daytona.
What a watch! I haven’t been so magnetically drawn to a watch in a long time the vintage military design is 100% up my ally. I really love the fact that Omega decided to go with an aluminum bezel and dial face so it can age and patina and really become a unique watch. Beautiful visuals in your video. Great job!
I think creamy lume is exactly the way to look at it, I'm glad to see someone else think of it that way! Sometimes shiny white just doesn't work with the color scheme.
Hey WCS, I really like the review! You mention controversial points such as the faux patina, however I feel you missed this watch's most controversial point. It is the fact that Omega used the symbol of British Ministry of Defence's standard issue symbol at the 6 o'clock. A symbol that is reserved for genuine military issue goods which this model of Seamaster never was. It takes inspiration of past military issue seamasters, however using it here is a disrespect to the MOD. Very cool looking though!
Within the fictional Bond universe which this watch is based on and marketed for, it is in fact a government issued item, thus the broad arrow. So there you go. Its a Bond watch and basically the same prop used for the latest Bond movie. Don't over think about the usage of the broad arrow on this piece. It's not a normal Seamaster. It's after all a 007 edition. Plus I doubt Omega would have been given the green light to use the arrow if the MOD thinks its disrespectful. The arrow is there as per the watch used in the movie. And Bond isn't the only one wearing it. Agent Nomi wears it too on nato. Thus, government issue, within the fictional world of Bond that is.
Since I am modern day ‘James bond ‘ style cool entrepreneur who loves adventure and sea , money is not a problem, and I can get whatever watch I want - my 2 watch collection is omega and Rolex . The 2nd watch is rolex Oyster Perpetual Submariner Date in 18 ct white gold with a Blue Cerachrom bezel and a blue dial with large luminescent hour markers. 1 min of imaginary world ....
I can see perhaps they are trying what Rolex is doing, even though I don’t think Rolex actually doing it. In the past it had been endless amount of limited editions and now they are going the other way round, limiting production instead of going for the usual limited edition marketing strategy. Not impressed still, overpriced imo, there are lot more pretty military watches out there with real association to the war time history. Just wonder if one has that cash, would he opt for this instead of Rolex sub?
I really like the look of it, but it’s overpriced for what it is. Apparently it’s not going to be a limited edition , there isn’t a restriction on total numbers being made, only when they decide it’s run its course. Demand will be high initially though. At half the price I’d honestly consider buying it, but not as it is. That won’t bother Omega, they’ll sell plenty
Outstanding review, I am not a Seamaster fan, but this one I would buy. Thanks for your reviews, keep them coming. Best regards from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Holly crap I saw the price 😫😫😫😫😫, oh well I never bought a retirement gift, I have to check my 401k 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I don't like this one at all! Too chunky, no proper bracelet, those silly cut-out hands! Overall it looks weirdly stranded between vintage and modern aesthetics without really committing to either.
I don't understand the dislike towards the skeleton hands. It's part of the signature look of the SMP and its not going anywhere. Go for the, Aqua Terra, SM300 or the Planet Ocean if you want non skeleton arrow hands.
Imran Becks they’ve done the SMP without skeleton hands before and IMO its a much better look. My worry with this particular aesthetic is that it won’t date well. You’ll be able to wear an explorer, sub or speedy in 25 years time. This one ? probably not

Rolex Explorer , the perfect watch

This watch (which I own) + Cartier Tank Louis in yellow or rose gold (one day)
The best video of the Omega NTTD I have seen so far. Those macros are unmatched by any other reviewer of this watch on TH-cam. Subscribed.
Constructive criticism: talk about the movement and it's details not just the case. Thumbs up.
The movement has been talked about a million times. 8800 cabinet calibre. 3hz. 55hr reserve.
I don’t like fauxtina but this looks to be more of a creamy lume to go with that dark brown dial and bezel. It’s espresso with a quality crema.
The best footage of this watch that I’ve seen! This is my favorite Omega, followed by the new Speedmaster Pro Sapphire Sandwich. The design, color choices and light weight build really make it perfect to me. I do wish it were smaller and cheaper though.

I believe so buddy because you upload it at 3am and removed it.. 😃
Nailed it with the macro shots bro. Not a fan of this fake vintage Lume from
Omega, This one with regular one it would have been gorgeous.
Don’t mind the aluminium bezel so that the watch can age really.
Thanks for bringing this one up I have details, keep up the
Brown and tan watch
I just bought it. I can recommend to see it in the metal before you pass it up. In hand is a different story. Well balanced watch.
I really like this dial.
I agree! It looks super cool & has a nice vintage vibe to it

It's titanium. Omega has a 300m 43.5 titanium watch w rubber band for $8100, this has a titanium bracelet
Not just Ben Clymer. RJ Broer from Fratello Watches and Wei Koh from Rake and Revolution were also on set of No Time to Die and announced the Omega Seamaster 007.

Thank you bro!!
Amazing shots of the watches! What's your camera setup? 😄
Nice videos dude! Might I ask what your wristsize is?
Couldn’t agree with you more regarding the Lume. I own a Pelli LHD and the softer color of the cream lume is just fantastic, once the lockdown is over maybe have to have a look! Nice video.
Thanks buddy!
What's with the black strap? Strange you're not reviewing it on the original nato strap or titanium mesh bracelet it comes with...
I had the nato strap in for review unfortunately I didn't have the bracelet option. I felt the black strap really helped the watch pop!
@@watchcollectingstrategy I think the black strap is a great option here
Do you mind me asking where you go the nato strap from
Love this watch. I hope they eventually come out with a steel version for 1/2 the price.
Great video. Teach me the ways of your macro voodoo!
Thanks bro!!! Had to hunt down ancient scrolls to figure it out 😎
Which strap are you using in this video? I love the strap on this watch
Cool watch. Why don't your show us the watch with the original titianium strap?

Yes its non-limited. Even says so at Omega's website.
Love the design. This watch in metal, ceramic, lacquer dial with a more standard price point would be a winner.
What strap please leave link . It looks comfy
Where is the store or location of the omega center in manila
Thank you for a great video on this Seamaster, it is my most favourite Omega followed by the Titanium Aqua Terra which is more like a white whale for me. First! Love that SM, but way overpriced.
Man you are FAST!!! 40 Seconds in, that has to be a record 😁👍
Yes it’s way too much
Does it have a “ghost” crown position since there’s no date?
It's a good looking watch that is functional and practical. It's very tough looking. I like the black strap you paired it with. Price is an issue though. I am considering it. How does the titanium go with scratching?
Titanium is generally easy to scratch unfortunately

Great Vid Bro👍🏽
How do i get the similar black straps on you?
This watch would make every UPS driver's dream come true.
Just got one and love it
Awesome attention to detail and videography. Agree it may be the best seamaster but man the size and price 🤦🏾♂️
A 39mm version would be really cool! Thanks for watching buddy
would you recommend this piece or the submariner no date
The watch looks good. The price is insane. I would go with the previous model in the blue version. Seamaster 300m in blue with rubber strap.😎
Omega has a 43.5m titanium SM listed for sale at $8200 w a runner strap, this is titanium w titanium bracelet.
This and a Rolex GMT Master Root Beer are the two watches i could live the rest of my life with. Would kill for either lol
I would love to have it in a 39mm version...Nice one AB!!!

Not sure if this one will go that low. With Omega holding back production, theoretically it should hold its value quite well
Time for another video bro >.< I used to think it was lowkey a little joke that people got anxious from lockdown but I’m starting to feel it >.

Thanks, great video, AB. Much higher price and tired of patina lume, would rather get the regular smp 300m, sorry.
Love it -
Great design … one of the coolest diver out there
Not a fan of the Omega Seamaster... but I really like this one! They nailed the vintage-style tool watch aesthetic. 👌🏼
I didn't like the different colours of lume on the hour and minute hands.
I think creamy lume is exactly the way to look at it, I'm glad to see someone else think of it that way! Sometimes shiny white just doesn't work with the color scheme.

So much cream! Some would say too much. 😆
Great video dude, thank you! I love this watch but the price tag is meh... However this is the best SMP300 by far though, imho anyway
Thanks dude! Glad you enjoyed
I can tell where Omega got their inspiration from for this watch...
Where the omega center
No ceramic bezel? Not for me.

Just. Wow!
Thanks AB for the video. At first glance it looks great, then you look at the price...pass.
Fair enough! Thanks for watching and supporting as always David!
Its beautiful
Agreed! Got it !
Let’s be real, 99% of the people who buy this will shit their pants upon the first scuff. Let alone a fading dial and bezel…..

I adore the Seamaster Professional 300 range. Think they are technically better than the Rolex Submariner and a lot more interesting.
Nice but to big .
Omega is a quality built in house watch, however i don’t like any of their designs, especially their horrible looking bracelet

The packaging is a complete joke. And the price, well, you'd be a nutty bastard not to by a Rolex. And I love Omega.
Haha I had to get it...
Rolex first choice for flippers ...
Rodrigo Quintero Bejarano I like the New OMEGA. Maybe will need to get a new Rolex too.
Sorry mate doesn’t look all that fake patina looks cheap and that’s my honest opinion
No time to buy !
