Elon Musk and J.K. Rowling have been named in a lawsuit filed to French authorities over alleged ‘cyber harassment’ against Olympic champion boxer Imane Khelif.
Nabil Boudi, Khelif’s attorney, has confirmed that the criminal complaint has been filed with the Paris public prosecutor’s office.

The birth certificate was issued to Imane Khelif on April 1st (when he was 19 years old), before he started his controversial boxing career. So this could be some kind of April Fool's joke. Kind of blatant mockery of the west for their inability to tell genders apart. Intentionally or inadvertently, they have demonstrated through this example that a document that is mistakenly issued to a man does not lead to him being willed to give up on the advantages of his innate xy biology by, for example, voluntarily giving up male physics or male levels of testosterone hormones and that supervision and monitoring as the IBA did is indeed reasonable.

Khelif is Algerian. He is DSD and says he was raised as a woman, but he competes in public with bare skin, rides on the shoulders of male coach, and hugs him. Clearly, he does not identify himself as a woman.
Exactly the mode of dress and the fact this person is astride a mans shoulders is strictly against the Muslim beliefs and since Algeria is predominantly a Muslim country it is reasonable to assume that Islam is Khaliefs religion. This could well indicate that even the coach is/was aware that this person was male. Maybe the opponents that were in the ring with this person could find some sort of legal action that would call for categorical proof of gender.

It is sad... For both boxers. It is not their fault that they have xy chromosomes or whatever the case may be, but were brought up as females. Having said that, there used to be a time when people accepted that sometimes you just cannot do whatever it is you want to do. There are limitations, and yes, that may be unfair, but it is just the way it is. This ridiculous situation has come about from the notion that anyone can "be anything they want to be" and somehow "feelings" are more important that facts. Let science be the ultimate judge, and let's get back to some semblance of reason and normality.

They are legally bound to keep medical records confidential. The fact the IBA banned them as women after a genetic test on a mouth swab and the IOC accepted them because of what's written in their passports tells everyone all they need to know.

IBA never conducted such a test or made such a claim. Instead, the IBA found something unspecified in her bloodwork, which they believed could be an inappropriate advantage. However, the details of what was found were never disclosed, likely due to privacy concerns. The decision by the IBA was appealed to the IOC, which ultimately allowed Khelif to compete.
The IBA found her to have Male karyotype and banned her for this. People need to look this up. They did not say XY as most people are saying. They said Male karyotype. Look it up peeps.

I'm afraid not. For example, in the UK lawyers are given guidance by their governing body that there are more than two "genders" and sex doesn't trump self ifentification and is not the same thing as "gender".

There was me thinking they were invented over 100 years ago.
I have sympathy with him right up until the point that he went through male puberty, failed a genetics test and chose instead to compete in a woman’s competition with less rigorous eligibility criteria. There was a Norwegian skier that had the same experience many years ago, but showed sportsmanship by immediately stepping away from women’s competitions, had some operations and is now a father.
