It's not "cal arts", it's literally just called "modern cartoon/anime style" or just "Anime 1990's inspired style" People who often associated with cute chibi ness isn't even from "cal arts" either.

I watched it and loved it as a fan of Kakegurui, it was just more Kakegurui with a new cast i found really fun, and hey, we got to see Mary be an absolute badass, which is always a win, she's great.
Given Kirari's design for the school, I suppose the first thing she would have be done would be to forbid her from using the wand, or at the very least not use spells that would give her an unfair advantage over the gambles. And if that didn't work, then bet Star's wand just for the sake of it. However, Star never follows rules and her parents do not belong to the Japanese government, so I don't believe she would stay in the academy for long.

The first time I saw “Kakegurui: Twin”, my first reaction was “Déjà vu.” It was “Kakegurui” all over again, but this time, Tsuzura becomes a house pet and get bullied by Aiura, until Mary shows up as the new kid and puts Aiura in her place.

It's already been clear for me that Tsuzura, Yukimi, Sakura etc. would do anything, even get expelled or something to save or help Mary. Juraku even bets a lot to save Mary from Aoi and she's also not in the main anime anymore(she's in class 3 and it would be obvious that she just ended school or something. But if Tsuzura etc. isn't there anymore than Juraku had to be a part of the expell/helping or something). Isn't revealed yet why they aren't there anymore, but soon enough we will find out hopefully. Hope you understand so far😂

This is actually an Anime I would enjoy watching. It has a similar comparison to panty and stocking but it’s much better. Our Protagonist looks like Lucina From Fire Emblem. The Voice Acting is perfect and The anime even got really good cartoon animations.
