- Trying something new by combining all my TH-cam videos from my Solo Skiff Fishing adventures trip to Baja California Norte Golden Reef in the Spring of 2023. I rode in my Solo Skiff 22 miles from the beach camping in La Poma (just north of Gonzaga Bay) to the Golden Reef where I fished for yellowtail with the support of the legendary captain Juan Cook. I caught a nice yellowtail on a Candy Bar Yoyo in addition to a variety of other fish including Cabrilla, trigger fish, and even a frog fish. I love Baja and can't wait to get back down there again.
