I have to say, the 'game over' where it's not particularly clear whether the doctor's even alive with all the pills, booze, and who-even-KNOWS-what's-in-the-beakers surrounding him? It goes from mildly disturbing to hilarious the moment the party horn toots. It's even right in time to the music sting ending.
Phil McCool You lose when your hospital goes bankrupt or it’s reputation is in the toilet. The doctor having enough cash to blow on a sports car while patients are dying in the corridors (despite the receptionist’s repeated reminders. People are so inconsiderate), the custodial staff are on strike and the owner can’t afford to heat the place isn’t going to look good.

@@PhilMcCool He was reading a magazine, therefore wasting time instead of diagnosing and curing more patients. But you're right, maybe he was only multitasking and would put the magazine away as soon as he got back to his office.
@@strawberrysoulforever8336 On further inspection, maybe the problem was he was reading an adult magazine titled Nurse which was inappropriate during working hours, in addition to potentially slacking off work like you said.
