With regard to more challenging choreo...you must remember that they will be singing live while performing choreo and as good as they are at dancing their vocals are their strength. If they are performing more challenging choreo their vocals may be affected. It doesn't matter what kind of shape they are in, it is nearly impossible to maintain excellent singing if you are out of breath.
The word Ruka says is Cochlea, which is a spiral channel in your inner ear that sends sound to your brain to be processed.

I guess my (maybe a little unrealistic) dream would be to see BAEMON's full potential showcased for their dancing as well as their vocals and rap.^^

Small easy choreo movements..less exhaustion when performing on stage, optimizing their singing and rap skills..
That's absolutely fair and makes sense. That's why I'm really looking forward to their live stages.
And as I said in the video, I do still like the choreo and the way it fits with the song.
But I also feel like they could do "more difficult" choreo because I believe they have the talent and ability to pull it off live anyways.
I think SHEESH might just not be the perfect song for a more complex choreo, and it's good the way it is right now, because it fits the style of the song. Still, I'm hoping for some "harder" choreo in the future cause I know they can pull it off :)

Most probably they went for a simple and easy choreo to focus on their singing and breathing, so I understand why they did it. We all know they're more capable than this. Pre-debut stans would understand 😉

The choreography is catering for a live stage performance. Its not a dance dance that usually kpop group do this days the choreography is minimal to really focus on the singing and rapping. I like this more cuz kpop really is for singing not really dancing like every other kpop group today doing so much choreo but the vocal is gone.😅

You can't sing live if you have to do heavy, fast-paced choreography at the same time the dance is adapted to the style of music jenny from the block was a pure dance performance because they didn't to sing, but a pure dance performance in between wouldn't be bad from babymonster
It's supposed to be "easy" choreography to be tik tok friendly and like @JacMeister said the "easy/simpler" choreography helps them with breath control and able to maximize their vocals. If they danced any harder or had more complex movements they would sound unstable and out of breath while dancing live. They would likely have to rely heavily on MR or pre-recorded vocals and that would not be good as they just debuted marketed as monster vocalists and rappers.
