One of my favorite WW2 U.S vehicles. Half Track,M-10 Tank Destroyer,Jeep Willy, Sherman,And The Greyhound.
I think one of the aspects of the CCKW is watching the suspension moving on rough ground , a perk a bystander has that someone onboard doesn't have .
That is true...with these multi-axled vehicles,watching the suspension articulate,as the wheels travel on rough ground is a delight.
