    My 385 behaved wonderfully last year and I pulled her out of the barn today for a new haying year but on the first bale the twine arms got bound up and failed. On initial inspection the primary arm was seriously bent. I can remove the connection to the hydraulic and the secondary arm but I’m at a loss on how to remove the primary arm. I’ve managed to partially bend it back, but not enough to get a good bale wrap. Any ideas on how to remove the primary twine arm?

    Have you ever changed the belt splice pins? After fighting the pins, for 6 hours, on a 459 silage special baler we swapped a 8row Unverfurth strip-till rig for, it is now a yearly practice

      Yes I have. Silage is tough on belts.
