You can take breaks, go slower, rest, take easier routes, many ways to approach it. "I would die attempting.." wait for my video in 2 weeks... It was a horrifying experience

Dustin , thank you. I too like to bike, I've done it since a child and now I have a nice electric bike. Distances are no longer that difficult - finding and electric outlet to recharge the batteries makes for impromptu meetings ! You are on a very nice trip, can't wait till you finally meet your secluded group ;o)
I, for one, Dustin appreciate this style of roaming or adventure video.
I plan on bicycling Vietnam one day also.

Dont feel pressured, the content from a outsider, a traveller is always good to have, especially for us foreigners who might not have the chance or know how it felt from a different perspective.
and yep, the aunties and Uncles, basically EVERYONEEEEE will start swarming and asking your age and if you're settling down..
but thats what makes my vo's side, their culture unique and fantastic.

It's funny you say this, around 2 weeks into this trip it "clicked" and I stopped translating in my head. The issue in these videos is I'm often chronically tired and when I'm exhausted my Vietnamese is terrible.

Dog chasing people in high land of vietnam is a normal things. I remember back in tiem when i was working in de la coupole Sapa. Every house have a dog and in night time they roaming around and open a party on the road. I have to use my flash on the phone to blind them

Dustin đừng sợ chó rượt nhé,bởi vì ở Việt Nam có một môn thể thao khá phổ biến gọi là Chọc Chó ! Bọn trẻ con chọc cho chó đuổi theo làm niềm cảm hứng,vì thế mà bọn chó cũng biết và đuổi theo hù dọa,nhưng không cắn (hầu hết là thế,hên xui) . Chúc bạn du lịch nhiều vui vẻ.
Nó dí ko kịp thì ko cắn nhưng khi kịp thì rách quần vs nó nhá chứ ở đó mà ko cắn😂😂

Handful a reasons, bicycle is slower and you can experience more things, more intense, great exercise, sense of accomplishment, more vulnerable, I've ridden a motorbike around VN a lot, also my lower-back hurts a lot on the motorbike
