Linkin Park is one of the few bands I prefer hearing live rather than studio. Don't get me wrong, their studio version sound amazing but their live versions are just breathtaking. There's nothing like it.

This concert was my first time seeing Linkin Park live, and it was my first time hearing songs that weren't on Hybrid Theory. I cried that day. Now I find myself crying again while watching this once again, only it's from a broken heart. Chester Bennington. A name that will stick with me for the rest of my life, and that will shine through history as time goes on. We are all family, we are there for each other, and we are Linkin Park. Rest In Peace Chester ❤️

Why hasn’t anyone talked about the acapella at the end ? That ending was one of the most epic and intense I’ve ever seen at a concert. Rip Chester. He was singing his soul out there.

When i listen to linkin park i feel like im "Somewhere I Belong" i get lost idk how to explain but its like "A Place For My Head" i listen to all of their songs and i think about "What Ive Done" and i know they will never "Hit The Floor" even though they have changed "In The End" ill still be "With You" feeling like "Nobodys Listening" and feeling like ive "Given Up" i keep listening and even though others "Dont Stay" ill be a fan forever and I will never leave them "In Pieces" LP4LIFE ;)

even in these days you can hear the desperation in his voice, just something there that's saying "help me", at least I can hear it. Makes this performance more powerful and heartbreaking.

Thats one interpretation. Another is that this song is about struggling and taking ones own life. Breaking the habit tonight as in ending it all tonight.
The music video is also a suicide in reverse, altho Linkin Park has actually altered the video a bit since Chesters passing...

Seems like a person who has tried healing, and ended up in a loop of depression and self-abuse by drugs. Which is also said in the line: "Clutching my cure"
So that's my interpretation of it.
A person who is struggling with memories and pain, and turns to drugs or unhealhty methods to try and cope with all of it, but in the end he loses his fight, and is going to Break The Habit of suffering tonight, as in end his life...
A very sad song imo, with a lot of different meanings to many people.

Man this brings me back... helped me through a lot listening to LP like many other ppl out there. Mostly my past in dark times inside that many don’t know at all. Some times these days I need to listen to them to help push more to remind myself I’ve been through worse. I’m 26 now going to be 27 soon. Chester/band has Helped a lot of us! Always keep pushing and listen to LP if needed!👍🏻 they’ll always be a huge part of me inside.
