My first phone that I had bought was Redmi note 9 pro 3.5 to 4 years ago. And at that time, I had two choice in my mind either samsung M31 or Redmi note 9 pro. Initial choice was M31 but after seeing my close friend and cousin using that phone, it got obvious to me to not go for Samsung because it had insane heating issue and with a 6000 mah battery, it didn't have durable battery life. Also, we already had a long history of buying and using Samsung in my family but not redmi so, I dared to buy redmi instead. I'm completely still in love with my phone and I thank it everyday for keeping up with my speed in performances, with less heating issue, and also with a decent back camera with less MP. 💛 I don't regret buying it. It has been serving me so well over all these years. And I'm considering to buy Redmi phone next time too.

First was; sometimes my phone stopped taking my voice while I was Voice messaging someone in any app. Or even when someone calls me and I picked up and talked but they couldn't hear my sound from there. 2nd problem was; my gallery photos could never get loaded. I mean I had to wait for 5 to 10 minutes for the photos to appear. Gosh that was insane. And when I asked other users about it, they had no issue. So I felt that maybe issue was with my phone only. So after few years I decided to reset my phone factory. And after than, I've faced no problems. Infact, my phone got younger than before, its performance speed and heating issue, I don't feel it. It's doing it wonder even after 3.5 years of buying.
I have this phone , i am using it since 1 month, i am facing heating problem even using nomal apps like yt , fb and also while charging , I have experience some lags gitters , speaker is not so good quality it sometimes breaksout at high volume ,cant enjoy listening musics .. i wont recommend this phone
I would suggest one thing last tra same price aru kun kun mobile aaucha and hajur ko hisab ma kun chahi kina better choice huna sakcha chahi vandinu paryo. since I won't miss another phones.
