I have purchased Note 13 recently but when i use the phone while charging, it gets connected and disconnected automatically and i feel like battery is draining quickly. I have visited the service centre recently by they claimed its working all fine. Can you suggest me anything now

Ya same thing. I bought it just two days ago. And battery doesn't last long. In the Morning around 6.30 i had around 72% then by evening 5.30 it went down to 15%. I did not do anything since I was at work except for email checking once in a while. I am at a loss what's happening.
