Did this blind study use stale coffee beans? Freshly roasted coffee offgasses CO2 and aromatic compounds in the process of going stale. I cannot think of any coffee pods with pressure release valves, thus they must be packed nearly stale.
i mean, grounds are more natural, and are traditional, i wouldnt say one is healthier than the other because coffee is second healthiest to water weather being grounds or pods. but just go with grounds for a good cup.

Why not have both, I can use the Ground coffee in a Reusable K-Pod and turn it into an expresso shot and make a Cappuccino

I prefer beans to use for espresso made better crema and sometimes i would use starbucks pods if i don’t use grinder and remove grinds from it ❤
